This location used to be good, with friendly and helpful staff. Not anymore! My last three visits here have been abysmal. Associates here avoid you. When you ask for assistance they act as if they are being inconvenienced - very unhappy and unmotivated employees. Just last month I came in to purchase two harnesses and leashes for our puppies. Probably going to be a $100+ sale. I asked the associate at the register for assistance, as there was nobody in the isles but three workers in the back talking and laughing. She said she could not leave the front. When I very nicely asked if she could call someone else, she rolled her eyes and acted like I was making some ridiculous request. I left and bought from Amazon! This morning I went in for flea medication and received the same treatment. Again, I will but from Amazon! To the management at this location - Well Done!

This was our first time visit to this PetSmart for Grooming. Elise was our groomer. She was friendly, professional, and courteous from the start. I felt an immediate sense she loves what she does and that Cooper would feel at home. We'll be back for another visit soon.

I've been to Petsmart 3 times now to groom my dog. Each time I book using the app, I'm given a duration for the appointment and I get in they tell me they'll need twice as long or they will need to charge me extra to do a "rush" job. It's such a bait and switch. Do not recommend.

Kelly cancelled my dogs apt out of spite. Very professional of her. Just ask for anyone in the grooming department other than her if u value your pet and time. This girl is a mess

This has been said on here before, and I will confirm it. The groomers at this petsmart is awful. I dropped my dog off at 1:15pm today and 5pm I called and they said it would take another 45-50 minutes for him to be ready. Are you kidding me?!? 4 and a half to almost 5 hours for a bath?! No trim, no extras. Just a bath! And then because I questioned why it took so long when I arrived my groomer wasn't there and the others wouldn't even act like I was in the room. Terrible customer service in every possible way. My poop pup has hated going here and I can see why since he is likely out in a crate forever while they take other dogs. Don't send your pet here!

GROOMING This morning I brought my golden retriever to get what is somewhere between his 10th and 15th grooming session at Petsmart. He can be anxious and in the past, even peed on the floor during check-in. During those visits, there were understanding and problem-solving employees that made the dog feel better and groomed him to look nice. But today was different. I walked in with two small children and did my best to get our dog, Basin, to walk with me but he was being stubborn and made it hard to get in. So someone named Kelly walks in and immediately scolds me for how I'm getting my 100 pound dog in the door. Then we do the collar exchange and she asks me to wait for 5 mins to see if they can get him to settle down. Do you know what makes an anxious dog more anxious? Making his family stand outside the door staring at him. I mention that we've come here many times, we leave him, and eventually things work out. They refuse to groom him. I ask to speak to a manager. The real manager doesn't come in until later apparently so they get some person who has no clue what they're doing on the floor to come "see what the problem is." They ask me who groomed my dog last, which I laughed "wouldn't YOUR team and records have more visibility into this?" So they look it up and guess who our last groomer was - Kelly! But today, Kelly is standing strong. She tells me I should go to the vet to see why my dog gets anxious going to the groomer (does any dog LOVE this experience by the way?!?!). So if the customer service couldn't be worse enough, we pack up, go to the car, and what do we see our awesome problem-solver Kelly doing? Walking over to Starbucks with a fellow groomer. I'm so sorry I got in the way of the coffee run, Kel. I'm sorry my dog needs a little extra attention to get to the back. I'm glad others have figured out the problem in the past. But there's no way I'm ever coming back after this. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

REVIEW FOR GROOMING ONLY I was running late and called them to tell them my ETA, and they said it was fine. However, when I was walking into the store, I got a call from someone else saying my appointment was canceled due to a no show. Clearly, their communication with each other was poor. When I dropped my dog off for a groom, I was called 10 minutes later saying they couldn't continue because she kept moving or didn't stay still. I've taken her to other groomers and Petco with no problems, so this PetSmart seems to be quite inexperienced and unprofessional. To top it off, while I was there, two coworkers were bickering because someone let one of the dogs out and it was making a mess in the back, all wet from a shower. Overall, this was a huge waste of my time and day, and I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Edward Cisneros is one of the best dog bathers.at petsmart 109 really good and nice guy my family really like him he is the olny one i let to do my kids he's really good whir them and my kids are a little hard.but he really loves them he said he feel like they his kids.

Beware of this location! Please do not purchase or return any items at this location. I purchased dog food online and went to return it at this location today. They inputted the price, but because the tax amount was off, I was refunded less than what I paid for online. This has happened a couple times before but I let it go, but I realize now this is happening regularly so I spoke up. Manager told me it's the taxes and that there's nothing they could do about it. Meaning, my refund is based on the local taxes so if the taxes I was charged online or another location is more than their local tax, I get less. This has NEVER happened at any store for any company. I immediately asked for corporate phone number and will be contacting them in the morning. I also disputed the charge on my credit card.

Each and every visit we have at this specific petsmart, all of the associates are pleasant and helpful. Cindy, a manager always greets our two loved ones Boss and Mochi with a smile and treat. This afternoon, we had to return to Petsmart do to our absent mindedness and leaving our Chicken Tenders in the Cart yesterday evening. Randomly we were in Cindy's registers line and as soon as we approached her register, she informed us of how their associates found our "bag of treats" last evening Cindy walked to her storeroom up front and returned with our bag of treats in hand. Wow to Cindy and her colleagues for not only finding our previous nights purchase, but to hold it for us not knowing if we would return and or when we would return. Thank You Cindy.

I thought I'd give this place a try again. But today they blew it. They canceled 30 before a scheduled and confirmed appointment. And no options to give me another. Horrible service. Won't be coming back.

We went to this PetSmart to have our dog's anal glands expressed. He was uncomfortable for a few days. The website stated that anal gland expression is a walk in service. It did not have option to book an appointment online. When we showed up, they told us they preferred appointments (call in) and would not take us because the groomer was booked. She said another groomer was coming in later in the afternoon, so might have availability later in the day. So I asked if we could make an appointment now. She says no, because she doesn't know when the groomer could fit us in. Okay... make an appointment (when your company policy is that you do no have to), and when we ask to make an appointment, you can't. Got it.

We have anticipated for the weekly cat adoption day-- Saturday , on October 22nd, twenty twenty two. This is our all time favorite Petsmart ....because of the great services and fabulous location. Parking lot is huge, surrounded by all the great restaurants and other wonderful retail chain stores as well . We were lucky enough to have found our match from the weekly kitten adoption event at this location . JULIA was so personable from cat Adoption tails .she went above and beyond helping us finding the right kitten for our family. We were able to find everything we needed from this location. Prices of the pets bedding to pets food and toys, accessories were all very good . The qualities of the merchandise were always amazing as well . Highly recommend to visit their adoption Saturdays from 12 noon to 5pm -- if you are seeking healthy and happy kittens as your forever companions ;)
