I had a phone call appointment, and the provider forgot to call me, and my appointment was postponed after waiting for a long time. Very unprofessional and they even gave me an excuse that they called me 3 times which I didn’t receive any calls.

Long waits. The women working at the desk love speak among themselves unprofessional with a foul mouth with b and f words. Keep the unprofessionalism home and not on the medical field. They need to reconsider who they hire. Preferably individuals who are educated that’s for sure

I been there they have you waiting won't see you if you missed your appointment and it's almost empty in the morning when I preferred to go and they are very rude
