Great place with excellent service and a friendly staff. They knew ordering parts would be a problem and since my car was drivable, they looked it over and had me come back when all the parts finally got there. Saved me the headache of needing a rental car beyond what my insurance could pay for!

Hands down the best service. I was in a hit and run, went straight to them and they were so kind. I received 5 star care and attention from Symes Collision Center.My car’s damage was caused by another driver. The driver’s insurance company was challenging to deal with and I was disappointed by the Insurance company’s auto shop.I received a recommendation from my Toyota dealer to head to Symes Collision Center. The moment I walked into the shop, the team at Symes were there to help. Not only with the repairs but with dealing with the insurance company. It was a relief to focus on just getting my car back to looking like new. When I went to pick it up, the team walked me through all the repairs and my car looked great.I highly recommend the team at Symes Collision.Services: Painting

If you still have anther choice to sent your car to fixed, please stay away from this place . They are NOT belong to Land Rover Pasadena, they are totally under different ownership. So all they wants is your insurance money .As soon as they have your money in their pocket , they will keep you on hold until you give up. They will have your check without doing anything . This is what I experienced and suffered from this place . I had car crash on last October . My front bumper was crack and has to be replaced. I was told by them that they put the order but it will take little longer to get my bumper . I trusted them and also kind of understand it could be because of the pandemic. However, guess what ? After ten months, I asked them in person, and they still telling me " we still waiting for the order shipped from warehouse " . Unbelievable! I decided to ask Landrover 4s store . I was told according to my model, it only takes one to two days to get the front bumper . IT IS RIDICULOUS that they didn't even order the bumper and kept telling me they still waiting for non-existing order . So please stay away from this stupid place . Otherwise, u will regret for what u chose.

Definitely would never bring my car here again. I'm having to fix my window/side door again because they did a terrible job. They did a half as job not to mention, when I went to pick it up after it being there for a month they had cracked my front window. Took them another month to get it fixed. I had to keep calling them bc they never reached out. Don't bring your vehicle here, they are unprofessional.

The worst Auto Body I've ever experienced, Sylvia the manager is a flat out lier, she had my car 2 SOLID WEEKS AND NEVER EVER RETURNED A (Email or Phone Call) from either the Adjuster or myself!.. Sylvia and owner lied and claimed they sent 50 plus photos to my Adjuster and that NEVER HAPPENED, she and owner lied stating they called and spoke to my Adjuster on a Friday and that particular Friday the Adjuster was out of their office, so couldn't have spoken to them. They have been caught lying on a daily basis!! Lie after lie and in my opinion this company is corrupt and incompetent!. I'm sure they kept (new) parts off my Totaled Vehicle. Sadly TOYOTA OF PASADENA recommended this horrific place, Sylvia kept my vehicle (2) WEEKS and never ever mentioned my Vehicle was Totaled, yet she knew well before the (2) WEEKS!. It took my Insurance Adjuster to finally decide my Vehicle was totaled after these incompetent crooks stayed silent for (2) weeks WITHOUT ANY UPDATE!!.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, IT WILL SIT FOR WEEKS AND THEY NEVER EVER EVEN RETURN (YOUR CALL OR EMAIL). I PLAN ON REPORTING THEM TO STATE!! Worst Auto Body in Pasadena!!! AFTER 2 weeks of absolutely NO RESPONSE, I finally go in person and she lied again stating "Oh I'll call you back in 24 hrs", which was her standard LIE. Then 2 hours later my Adjuster finally speaks to this lying Sylvia and I'm finally told after (2) weeks car is TOTALED!! In the US, we don't keep a customers vehicle and then do a disappearing act.. Sylvia and owner have corruption written all over their face! STAY AWAY FROM SYMES COLLISION CENTER IN PASADENA, you will REGRET IT!!! THE WORST AUTO BODY EVER..

I technically did not do business with Symes, but I would have gladly. When I arrived to get my car worked on after a small collision they told me that I should go through my insurance first to make sure I didnt pay anything I shouldnt have to. They assisted me when dealing with my insurance agent, and even when I decided I wouldnt get work done at their shop they continued to assist me when I asked questions for the next hour or so waiting for a tow, all while being very reassuring and kindObviously this is not the same as other reviews but I thought I should write this, at the very least to thank them for their help

This review truly cannot express my gratitude for Sylvie and her team at Symes. To put it mildly, my insurance company was non-responsive during the process of trying to fix my vehicle- but Sylvie quickly pounced on them, really putting in effort daily to encourage them to get their act together so I could get my car back. It really felt like Sylvie had my back, and that feels really good when you're feeling hopeless and car-less. Although the process was a nightmare Sylvie was a true angel sent to help me clear all the road blocks we encountered, every step of the way. I was so satisfied with the service I received that I told her that if my car is in another wreck I will have it towed to Symes despite the fact that I now live several hundred miles from LA. And I wasn't kidding- Whatever that costs will pale in comparison to knowing that my car is in the absolute best hands. tldr- if you want someone on your team who's gonna really try and get you your vehicle back ASAP and repaired correctly, trust Sylvie and her team at Symes.
