Unfortunately my last visit to Supercuts after 5 years. Went in expecting my free haircut after ten visits with their 5 star reward program and the front desk said “Oh sorry we just discontinued that program” and won’t honor it. It’s not about the money, but they are choosing to cut corners and eliminate a program to save money. They will save the $35 I paid but will lose any revenue from me in the future. Not a smart business move on their part. After they said “Sorry that program and your previous earned points are deleted” they asked if I want to sign up for the new program. I said, “What’s the point, you will just discontinue that one also.” Unfortunately my first negative review on Google and hopefully my last. I did like my hairstylist Mina and have her contact so when she leaves I will just go back to her. Shame shame Supercuts. Bad business practice, bad customer service for the long term. You saved your $35 but cost yourselves hundreds/maybe thousands losing me and other customers. Also, I will need to research the legality of a business not honoring rewards or points programs.
UPDATE: I did return to Supercuts later that day and requested a full refund. The manager didn't seemed pleased but did refund me in full after I showed her my text message and told her they really should honor those rewards even if they have a new program. I mentioned that it's probably not great customer service to not honor those rewards and she said, "Well you are welcome to talk to corporate about that."

Lovely employees, bad outcome. I came here twice hoping to feel better about myself and get a new hairstyle. I showed pictures of what I wanted and they told me they could do it. The first time I wanted black Cherry hair and got amber hair. Pretty but definitely not what I wanted. A month goes by and I went yesterday to get dark brown hair to cover their past mistake, they dye it black and some strands are lighter than others. If you can’t do it don’t waste my time and my money. 100$ both times down the drain. Respectful and sweet but I’m not coming here again to get my hair done.

Hair stylist are amazing, however the manager/secretary might be the most unnecessary passive aggressive person I’ve deal with in public service. It’s just a hair cut geez. Will never go to this location ever again.

Stylist: Cristina is so good at listening to how I want my cut and then gives me the best cut. I always look forward to my visits.

Haircut was rushed and came out uneven. For a simple men's haircut, it's interesting how uneven the cuts were on either side of my face, sideburns, and around the bangs.
Usually have an average experience here but I'm hoping for more with prices going up here.

Today I had an awful quality hair cut. I brought a photo of what I wanted and I got a very different look and length. It looks like a very short men's style. I would recommend women not to use the deaf gentleman since I have seen him give more adequate men's cuts in the past but never a woman's cut. Bring back Sheryl as she was always superb!!!!

Poorly staffed and poorly run location. Unclean on the inside. Female barber cut my ear during the course of the haircut, resulting in profuse bleeding. Stay far away unless incompetence and unprofessional conduct are your cup of tea in hair care.

My 4-star is for the hairdresser only, since she did a great job. The place itself (service and general help) is typically a 1 or 2 star. This store is very hit or miss and depends entirely on the hairdresser you get. The manager is absolutely awful in personality, so stay far from her, but otherwise roll the dice and hope you get someone with talent. I got Mina (I'm about 20 years younger than her and thought for sure she wouldn't know current styles) and yet she was excellent. Honestly, she did the best job I've had in probably the past 10 years. I feel amazing, thanks to her cut. She was great and so nice. Fyi, tiny (free) parking lot and I always see a lot of guys here so it seems popular with men looking for a cut.

Avise did our daughter's first haircut. My baby is 3 years old so she would not sit still and she wanted bangs only. Avise did such a great job and very quickly too. She was very nice and kept our daughter calm which we really appreciated. They were also closing when we got there and she decided to squeeze us in anyway. Avise was the best.

This is the second and last time my son will get his hair cut here. Both times he had Armando, who went completely off course from the requests made by my son and husband to trim only the sides and back and leave the top untouched, instead cutting over an inch from the top and leaving the sides and back unusually and unevenly long. Son is mortified and rightfully so, has school pictures tomorrow and already looking into make up photo day to hopefully grow out the mess made by Armando. Do not recommend. Stay far away.

Avoid this Super Cuts if you can. The staff is rude. I used to use this location for a wash and cut when one of the former stylists was still on staff. After she left, I made an appointment with the head stylist (who is also the manager and possibly the owner). She was a bully who took it very personally when I asked her to only trim a little off of my long hair. I made the request respectfully. From that point on, the stylist presented a nasty attitude, making sure to tell me "she was a professional." Her attitude was so bad for the remainder of the cut that I considered getting up and leaving before the cut was finished. Poor customer service, aggressive attitude, terrible visit that I still think about sometimes because it was so bad. Stay away from this place.

Walked in and was able to get an appointment within 30mins. Although they had many pre bookings for the day. Shelly was nice and expert on hair cut. Such a nice person and gave me a great hair cut. I would highly recommend her.
