I love taking classes at Stride. They made running fun and I’m not a huge fan or cardio at all. Since I joined, I have been improving my heart a lot and feeling much more energized day to day.

I hate to post this review because I don't want all of you to join and crowd me out...but, I have to say that Victoria, Katie & Misa run one stellar facility. The studio has been closed due to water damage but the ladies have been on top of keeping all the clients informed and, in my opinion, are trying to keep everything on track and knocking it out of the park. When in operation, the studio is clean and the front desk help is wonderful. The coaches are fantastic. If you've read any of my past reviews, you know I'm stingy giving a good one so, trust me, if you try Stride Fitness Pasadena I don't think you'll be disappointed. I was going to give only 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel I was unfairly charged a no-show fee but....I'm not aggravated enough to penalize them a star. Super Happy with the studio, owners and coaches...they start my day off with a bang.

Everyone who coaches here is welcoming and encouraging. It's an energetic environment. I personally enjoy both walking and running options. The treadmills are great quality and kept clean. Water filling stations, bathrooms and showers are clean and available. They sell clothes to stride in.

I've recently signed up for Stride for two months to help kickstart my health journey in 2023. I've taken three classes before and enjoyed every single one, which is why I'm signing up now! I admit, I'm not a huge runner, which is why I chose to challenge myself by taking these classes. Besides the running, they'll also tap into a little bit of strength in between. The goal is to hit 3-miles per class in the hour. I really hope to gain endurance after these next two months and am excited to see where this journey will take me!

After running at Stride for three years, I took a class with one of the new coaches named Dollar. He channels everything that I need in a running coach / group fitness class instructor. He is energetic and is able to pump up a class (imagine running on a treadmill before going to work early in the AM or at the end of a long work day) without yelling or screaming into the microphone. He is enthusiastic about the workout without being preachy, cheesy, or all extra. His classes are challenging without being so difficult that people can't catch their breath. He has excellent timing, which is so important for anyone who is literally counting down to the next break. His music selection is also on point. He motivates without talking through the entire class, or giving guilt trips, or being mean/rude. Dollar is an awesome coach! A workout class at Stride is worth every Dollar spent. Yeah, I said it.

I have a love hate relationship with running and stride really made me a lover. I did the combo class (half running and half strength training) and got a really good workout in. It was fun, the music was upbeat and energizing and got my steps in! 10/10 would recommend

I am so grateful to have checked out Stride for a Yelp Elite event. I had a blast! The venue for Stride is clean and the perfect size for classes. The staff and our instructor Dollar were so friendly and definitely made the night an amazing one. There's cubbies to put your personal belongings and cleaning areas that look very modern. The treadmills were really nice compared to ones that I've used at other gyms and had informational cards to help navigate where your intensity and incline should be during the workouts. One side of the card is for runners and the other side is for walkers that want that resistance. Stride provided workout trackers that are on the tv screens in the front to keep you on pace and in the right heart rate range. The music was great and kept the energy high. I personally loved the mix of weight training, resistance bands and cardio. The rests, sets, and form were all being watched by our instructor who helped us adjust if we needed it. He was very motivational and so positive. I am definitely coming back again for another workout!

Amazing instructor/trainer! I had a great workout and the high level of energy here was so motivating! I can easily get bored of workouts but here? I had so much fun! The music was great and the time intervals were short 1-3 minute bursts so I was far from bored. I will definitely come again!

I have a love-hate relationship with running but the STRIDE combo class is perfect. The interval runs are just ambitious enough that once you feel you can't do another minute, you're off the treadmill for weight training. There's great variety and all the coaches have wonderful energy. I keep coming back.

Great workout!! Love the positive environment! I hate running off and on the trend but stride somehow it makes it enjoyable! I've taken both Joy and Dollar's class. Both are phenomenal instructors. I love both their energy and positive encouragement. The classes are definitely challenging but fun. The music is great! Two types of work out 1. Combo: combination of running and strength portion 2. Stride: running for 55 minutes Facility - extremely clean and provides towels - there is a water fountain to refill your bottles - no need to clean the gym equipment after your workout. The dedicated staff cleans it after each class. - lockers are provided - there are showers on site! Parking - located on site, and plenty of parking shared among the businesses in the area. If your on the fence, I would try their free class or ClassPass. I can't wait to go back!

I definitely recommend stride! I love the combo classes! Strength and Running! So I am definitely not a runner and never did I liked running! But I thought I would give it a try! And for me to run 3 miles is definitely a goal and a challenge! Love the coaches, kind, supportive and definitely each of them have their unique style and strength! A big high five to Joy for always bringing the Hip Hop songs but not only this I definitely feel so welcome in her classes! ?❤️?

Joined the gym just last month and already addicted to it. Staff are friendly and coaches are constantly motivating and encouraging and I always get a good and sweaty workout each time I go. Great treadmills. More importantly, working with others always give me the motivation to work harder and since joining the gym last month I already feel lighter and stronger. I discovered the gym via FB and there is no regret of joining this great gym!! Thank you
