I don't think I'll be going back. The lack of communication when asking questions, or the best language. It's unwelcoming. Also when asking it he has something and he's short with me just makes me feel unwanted..

Got my Birks re-soled here. They did a pretty good job but I'm giving 3 stars because they do not honor the discounts here on Yelp! Just so others are aware.

Old school craftmanship and courtesy. A rare find these days. Quality work at a fair price.

Very professional ! I came here 5 years ago and they mailed my Birkenstocks back to me! Came back in November 2023 and still helped me out by mailing my shoes again! Excellent customer service!!

Best shoe repair! Good quality and service. Hope he doesn’t retire because I don’t know who will replace him!

I did a mail in order to have the soles on my boots replaced. They did an amazing job and did it quickly too.

The Good: You can bring a pair of quality leather sandals here and he can likely repair them depending on what the damage is. He will do a great job and it's $15. The Bad: Do NOT bring a pair of shoes here to have them cleaned. I brought in a pair of Naot shoes, partially leather, mostly suede. I've had them for years and only wear them on occasion. They had a small stain on them. I asked if they could get out that stain and maybe just clean them generally. He said yes. Well, they look terrible now, not even like the same shoes, and it was somewhere around $60. I was shocked at how bad they looked and how much it cost. It was my own stupid fault for not asking what the price was, but I did not expect having them cleaned would be nearly 1/2 the cost off a new pair.

Literally the rudest business person I have ever dealt with / he needs to do shoe repair in a back room manufacturing plant without any interaction with the public I brought him some ballet shoes with a rubber band on top that was too tight I asked if he could put in another rubber band that isn't as restrictive and tight - he cut me off " It's not possible"- I politely asked why it can't be done - then he glared at me and said " it CAN'T BE DONE" in a raised voice Then he picked up my shoe - and manually stretched the band and said " you just need to do this by yourself ". ????!!!! Then he said maybe with a shoe stretcher To which I said - can you show me what it looks like ? Then he again raised his voice " a SHOE STRETCHER!" So I yelled back " BRING IT TO ME! I WANT TO SEE IT!... What an ignorant rude asshole - def will not come here Also he SMOKES like a chimney which is ILLEGAL in a public place of business INDOORS next to two restaurants in this strip mall

I'm sure that these shoes will wear out eventually, but doubling or tripling their life span for a third of the cost of replacing them makes great sense these days. Great work, fair price!

Now this is a real shoe repair expert. So far, I'm happy with his work and pricing. BTW: He doesn't require a deposit like another shoe repairman in the area.

I come here to get my boots fixed up when they inevitably begin falling apart from wear. I got them completely re-soled here once and they looked & felt great! More recently I came in to get part of the leather re-stitched, which was surprisingly cheap. The shoe looks good as new.

Gary is great at his trade... quick with a fair price to put my Birkenstocks back on my feet.

I would give zero stars if possible. I brought in shoes for repair. It was clear they were not cleaned or polished, there were threads hanging from the buckle strap. There was glue on the leather from where the repair was made, but no effort to clean it off. I brought in a brand new LV belt to be shortened. When I first went in to pick it up, the buckle was put on upside down. Then, I saw the end was cut off. I could have done that! No effort to recreate the shape at the end (rounded corners), no stitching and the cut wasn’t even straight!

Came in with 2 pairs of Birkenstocks w/ dirty footbed, cork falling apart and flat back soles and the shop had no trouble repairing them! They look completely brand new and I'm still completely shock that they were my old Birkenstocks! Better to repair them than to buy new pairs, costed $156 total... imagine if I bought 2 new pairs for $220. Thanks a bunch! 10/10 recommended for Birkenstocks repairs :-)
