I first put one star cuz I was mad the front desk somehow lost track of me being there so I waited 2 hours even though I had gone up and asked the status. But I guess ppl make mistakes and what not. Besides that the staff were friendly the docs as well and they prioritized me to make up for the wait time.

The physicians seem to be competent and efficient for the most part, but the back office staff responsible for documentation is absolutely deplorable. My employer pays for all of my new hires to get their basic examination done by St. George (TB test, drug screen, etc.) and I have to call and harass them 3+ times for each new hire just to have a few documents scanned to me. It's a frustrating process and they respond with an unprofessional attitude despite the fact that we are paying them to do this. I hate writing negative reviews but this has been happening for YEARS and it is incredibly stressful to me as an employer that requires this documentation for hire. So unnecessary!

No complaints they were super fast and friendly. I had to be seen quickly and thank goodness they accommodated me. It was empty though so I got seen in less than 20 minutes. Drug screen and physical for work. Thanks!

Currently on the onboarding process for starting a new job and they sent me here for a physical. HR made the appointment for me to come and it was seamless. Time is subjective so for me it went quick. I waited about 15 min to be called in, but I had an appointment.
Staff was nice and on it.
Staff answered questions.

Even when it's empty it takes a long time to be seen, and the ladies at the front desk make it their mission to take their sweet time and not even acknowledge you unless you go up and remind them that you're there. They're either on their phones or talking to each other and look at you like you're bothering them. It ain't that hard to pretend to have manners and professionalism!

I recently had a deeply disappointing expereince at the St. Georges Medical office, primarly due to the abysmal customer service provided by their receptionist at the front desk. It is with regret that I share my experiemce to caution others who may consider seeking mecidal care at this establishment. Upon entering the office, I was not greteted not even with a simple "hello",but instead she started at me waiting for me to explain to her the reason for my visit. It is was evident that she lacked basic customer service skills and failed to understand the importance of creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients. They need to improve their training and hiring processes to ensure patients receive the care and respect they deserve. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to others considering seeking medical assistance at this location.

Not quite sure what goes on in the back for a simple tb test to take 60 mins to wait for. But it’s definitely not from lack of doctors as they walk past the reception every once in a while doing nothing. Even if you come with a wait time of one person just be prepared for an hour long wait. ?

They take so long to see you just to send you to the room and make you wait another hour for a whole lot of nothin. Spent 2 hours in there for a less than 5 minute checkup. Thanks a lot for wasting our time ☺️

This place is so creepy looking inside but that's besides the point the front desk staff is sooooooo rude! They either need to A. Be fired or B. Get a talking to because how are you going to be so nasty and ugly to patients like hello if you don't like costumer service get a job where you don't deal with people at all. The nurses and doctors are nice so that's why I didn't give this place a one star.

Wait is not usually too long. Awesome staff and Dr. Apramian really listens and treats your symptoms appropriately. Empathetic, kind and polite. He went out of his way to contact my work personally to fix unnecessary delays for insurance auth and physical therapy.
