No greet when you come in. Think there's a line you just waited 10 mins to be told that you have to register at the entrance a table easily overlooked when you come in. Would have appreciated a notice about this before asking out of confusion when someone cos infront of me. Happen to everyone else who came in after me. However once I got called up Ryan was professional and smooth with the service I needed. 5 stars if they could greet with explanation upfront of coming in.

Avoid spectrum at all costs. I just wanted to drop off the equipment they have been calling me nonstop about and they are making me wait for what looks to be an hour. I just need to return equipment and they have two people working and eight people ahead of me. Why isn't there a system to do this self service? Why not have enough people to facilitate this without waiting for hours after you aren't even a customer anymore? This is ridiculous.

I would give negative stars if I could! If you want to close an account, you have to call customer service and stay on the line for more than 2 hours! And the worst thing was they finally created another new account without my authority! What a SCAM! Several weeks later, I received the bills from two different accounts for the same address. After several long-time waiting calls, I was sent to the local store eventually. However, the staff said they could only close the accounts for me; they could do nothing about the billing issues. Yesterday, I received the bill from the unauthorized account again with the balance due from last month. I'm sure that I would get a penalty if I keep ignoring the bill, and I don't want to waste my time dealing with the customer service and store staff circling endlessly. So I decide to pay for the balance due which service I have never ordered! So if you don't want to have the same experience, just stay away from Spectrum!

Every time I come here I have to wait at least an hour. Today I even had an appointment and still had to wait 45 min.

Hard to find. The shopping center is HUGH. There was a line with only two counters. Maybe it's best to have Spectrum in a smaller plaza.

I was promised to receive $100 gift card since I am a new customer. I never received anything from the time I signed up until this day and it has been more than 3 months. What a rip-off and scam.

I had a problem with my phone not charging.The place was clean and full of customers, it looked like I was going to be there for a long time, so I found a seat. I looked around at some faces full of frustration, I saw i was 7th in line. Then I started messing with my phone, trying to charge it at outlets provided....then a call next in Q, then another...."Last call for Mr. ___, then a new name soon I was next, I'm grateful that some had to leave.It was better than I first assumed.Very knowledgeable services provider.
