I wasn't planning to give business to this company because of my previous bad experiences with them but I was driving past and needed a wash and so I decided to give them a chance again. But when I went through the car wash yesterday, I didn't get the wash I paid for, instead I was given the basic wash without the car being dried. I talked to the attendant named Edgar in the parking/vacuum area and he said that I could either go through wash again or I could go up to the front and get a free wash the next time. It was VERY busy and so I didn't want to wait in line again so decided I'd get a free wash the next time. I started to dry my car with a towel since it was so wet and to wipe off the many bird poop spots because their wash is so bad and then I heard people honking. When I looked over, there were at least four cars waiting to find a spot to vacuum and so they were honking at the first car waiting. But the car in front waiting couldn't do anything because there wasn't a spot for them. So I asked Edgar, can you go up and get the free car wash card so that I can finish drying my car and free up a space faster. He said no! I pointed to the many cars waiting and the said 'you can hear them honking' but he said he wouldn't do it. So Edgar would rather make customers wait rather then help me free of the space faster.
I talked them in the front office but they didn't know what to say about Edgar and they didn't know why he wasn't willing to help. I left and assume that no one talked to Edgar. It was awful that Edgar was willing to let things get backed up further and further because he wasn't willing to help open up a space faster.

Love this place! The employees are friendly and helpful, and the system is an easy in and out. Yes, there are lines because they are popular, but the wait wasn't that long because the system is efficient. The vacuum area is always clean and there is good suction on the machines. It makes a task I usually dread, enjoyable.

What happened to this place this is my go-to car wash and it's been closed all summer now what the hell please reopen soon the other car wash in Pasadena are too overpriced and do mediocre jobs

Always outstanding service. They are fast I have to wait only 25-35 mins and my car is all clean. On some weeks days they have special price which is not bad. Always do their best.

Went here and got the deluxe car wash. They did a good job. But it took 45 MINUTES!!!! I would go back again. They were nice and friendly. There was a bathroom and TV's to watch and benches to sit on while you wait.

That was painful. I went in for the $12.99 special. It was 8:15 when I paid. The car was done a bit before 9. There was a short line. For this I got a vacuumed car, a basic wash, and very streaked windows with bits of lint everywhere.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else this place sucks. They didn't vacuum good they left trash and didn't even wipe my dash clean. If I'm gonna pay 25 bucks to get a car wash I expect it to be a decent one, I've had better for 10 bucks! To try to do something nice for yourself and have a clean ride for a date or something... now I'm going to end up doing the rest of the work myself.

This place is conveniently located up the block from where I live but just location isn't the perk about sparkle. They are quite thorough in cleaning cars and I've been going here as my go-to spot for car washes. It's a pretty straight forward service. If you don't want certain things cleaned or left alone in your car just let them know and they will take care of it. If they missed a spot let them know and they will clean it. Take a crack at this place. You won't be disappointed.

This place doesn't do a good job. I got their hand wax special. They missed so many spots on the car. They also left wax unwiped. The wheels were not cleaned thoroughly. The windshield and windows were spotty. All in all, they don't take pride in their work. No attention to detail.

I love this car wash!! They have weekly specials and I always leave a happy camper. They do a great job on the inside and outside as well. I highly recommend this car wash in you live in pasadena!

This place gets it done and gets it done right. One of the best in the area. I've brought all the cars I've owned here from my new cars to the classics and they do a good job every time. When I put new tires on my SUV, there was some blue coating on the white lettering and they made sure to get that off, took it to the back and hand scrubbed the tires. That's dedication right there. In fact, about to go there today!

Always does a great job on my Mercedes C300 -- go for the $21.95 wash and wax option, get a nice vacuum and wipe down inside. Always streak free, no glaring spot-misses, good people and vibe. You can trust them on the regular, which is a nice feeling. I drive to Pasadena from Echo Park just for these dudes. Recommended!

I came in and got the manager special wash. $11.99. I was happy with it. For the price you can't beat it. Staff is nice and the whole place was clean.
