I walked into Sit 'n Sleep in Pasadena, the old Tower Records building, and was greeted by Cliff. Cliff was very professional and the farthest from aggressive you could possibly imagine. I was very comfortable with him immediately. Cliff helped my wife and me pick the perfect mattress and adjustable box spring. Very pleasant experience from a true professional. Can't wait to enjoy our new bed. ?

New bed hunting is never fun. However our experience was positive. Excellent customer service, very helpful low key no pressure. Communication though out the process was perfect.

Jennifer is amazing asset to this company. She always has a smile, is incredibly knowledgeable about the products (brands, firmness, construction) and is able to juggle multiple customers with grace. She makes the job look easy! We were able to find our mattress in a timely manner and exchange our bed (under warranty) with ease. I highly recommended her and this store.
