i broke a n.e.r.d. brain clock because the recent rain created enough humidity for the heavy adhesives to slide off the wall. while i was fortunate only the outer bulb broke, i did not get anywhere trying to find information regarding repair or replacement from the official store."alexa play 'sooner or later' by n.e.r.d""neon sign repair" isn't necessarily a popular search on yelp, but after a couple of calls i found this place and explained my situation to nick and stella. i already understood that if a repair was possible, that it would be custom and take time. while the price quote made me wish i doubled as an electrical engineering major (joking), i ensured i was willing to wait in between update e-mails.around three weeks later, i picked up the clock and used a screw to hang it, having learned my lesson. so far, it's been cathartic knowing the clock sits working as intended instead of sitting damaged in styrofoam and cardboard in purgatory. thank you.

Signarama was great. Nice people - they were extremely communicative and helpful and got our complicated signs printed on time. I would highly recommend them.

This copy of the review I posted on Yelp today.I called the Pasadena location and asked a person named Jason if he could provide me with replacement decals for my RV. He said no problem and I drove it to store so they could take pictures and measure the the existing decals. Everything seemed to be OK and Jason took the photos and said he would get back to me with a quote. I didn't ask for anything to complicated. Just all black replacement decals. Seemed easy enough..............I had to send several e mails asking for status on the quote. Jason replied one time saying it was coming. The quote never came or communication on the status of the quote. This Signarama location wasted my time and gas driving the RV over to this location. If this was beyond them or they didn't want to do it, they should have just said so.Customer service and good communication needs to be improved.I don't have a good recommendation based on this experience.Photo of the decals that needed to replaced attached.

We had to redo our door - and hence get new lettering. Called to reorder the same t order as before. Quote was much higher - almost double - I was thinking - I guess it's been a few years ( ..I guess). The installer came with lettering that went on the outside. I called and told them that the previous lettering was on the inside - and wanted the same order. They called back and said I needed to pay for another order - that they made the mistake on. Very very not happy. No refund issued.

In the past, I've used an out-of-state company to make our studio's signs because I've always ordered vinyl banners that can be rolled and shipped easily. This time, I needed a larger sign that can't be rolled it would be difficult to ship so I did a search for a local sign company and found Signarama. I'm so thrilled that I did!! They are a franchise to location so they have the resources of a huge company but feel like a small, local company when you're working with them. The sign I bought is perfect, the price was excellent, and the customer service can't be beat. They are my new sign company for every type of sign.

I needed someone to help me with back lighting suggestions to a metal sign I designed for a theme Halloween Party. This company was the best! They suggested ways of saving money with my sign lighting design. Very quick turn around! Very nice folks that run the place. I like dealing with small business owners...they care about you!
