Car wash incredibly slow unless you have all day to spend here. I recommend you go elsewhere. Vacuum had a quarter stuck in it. No one bothered to fix it. If you're gonna run a business act like you're running a business, not some sort of part-time hobby where you're asleep half the time.

I bought three items 1. Monster, 2. Pringles and one car cleaning wipe the price that was written underneath was 2.69 but the lady charged me 22+ dollars for these items I went in my car and realized she over charged I went inside again and showed her that the price I seen is 2 dollar something she removed the tags infront of me and didn't negotiate with me so disappointed!!!!! 12.15pm 12/17/23 if the management Wanna check cameras..

One might wonder how a test only for a smog certificate could rise to a Five Star review. The answer is simple: Gary. Yes he performed the test quickly and efficiently , but the "Service" that many of us have seen as becoming more and more absent from our society was present and accounted for under Gary's care. He advised me on the proper care of my auto, that I should use a better oil change company . That I should change the oil every 3 thousand miles instead of following the Honda in car alerts. That it has a long term benefit if one uses 91 instead of 89 octane. That I should go to an authorized dealer to have any major work done, even the rear differential or transmission fluids. And lastly get the engine steam cleaned. My 2015 Honda CRV has 135,000 miles on it. I was in good hands with Gary's focus on my car care.

Pro: Convenient gas station with friendly staff. Smog station on site ran by a great operator with reasonable prices and impeccable service.Con: Gas prices on the higher side. Car wash not good. Water stains always remain on the car after, as if they may use recycled water (not confirmed).

I have been a customer here for years. Today, the car wash put soap on my car twice and just one light rinse. When I pulled, the entire back of my car was covered in soap. The clerk told that I went through the dry too fast. I explained it wasn't water, it was soap. Her resolution? That I should have wiped it off. She wasn't rude, just very indifferent and uncaring. Their gas is more expensive than other Shell station, but I went for the car was...never again.

Came in and pumped gas with my credit card at the pump at 9:45pm. Machine said to see clerk for the receipt when I was finished pumping. This happens A LOT at this location which enough of a pain. If I wanted to deal with people, I would not be using my credit card at the pump. I head to the door and it's closed. I go to the window and clerk (Carolina) says she just closed the register and cannot print a receipt for me, that she's leaving at 10pm, and that I will have to come back tomorrow for a receipt. Wow. So this 24 hours is not true, apparently. The photo is of my car at the pump just after my conversation. Photo taken at 9:51pm. If you're closing at 10pm (or better yet if you see someone using a pump at 9:45pm), why on earth would you shut the register down early?

Got out straight from the dmv and we needed a smog check and Gary did our service. He was very nice and very fast service, we were there for no more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Went for a smog check. Gary was amazing. Very nice and professional. I was in totally in a panic. He was great. He made sure to let me know everything I needed to know. Even gave me and my sister water while we waited. He worked fast and efficiently. So happy I came here.
