“I needed a storage unit for excess items. I had shopped all around the San Gabriel Valley area looking for an affordable, climate-controlled storage unit. I had visited STORBOX at least 5 times as I wasn't sure what size storage unit I needed. I met with Jessica 4 of those 5 times, and Scott once. Both were very friendly and I never felt as though they were trying to sell me anything. They were more concerned about finding the right size for my needs. Their customer service is excellent. They are always willing to answer my questions. With the 3-month promotion they offered, the location and the climate-controlled environment, STORBOX was the right place. They helped me select the perfect size for all my stuff. I stopped by a few times to add items to the unit, and I like the security feature they have. I was provided a special code that allowed me to enter the parking area and the elevator. The code is needed for the elevator which only takes me to the floor of my storage unit. They also have heavy-duty carts available to use which makes life so much easier, especially when I'm by myself. So far, I am very pleased with the service, and pricing.”

“THE. BEST! I do EXTENSIVE research on everything before choosing anything! This place TRULY CARES about their customers and they KEEP THEIR WORD! I had reserved a move in date and needed to change the date. He actually held the unit for me and NO other place would do that! Juan is so accommodating, empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and kind! I had a few phone calls with Mike too, and he's equally so!
Compared to all the storage facilities I called to shop and compare (Public Storage, Trojan, Extra Space Storage, etc) this place is competitively (cheaper than the others) priced. The unit is clean and safe with plenty of parking. I have to drive about 25 to 30 mins (on a good day) to get here but it's worth the peace of mind.

“I’ve been at this location for about 20 years. They are by far the most professional and safe storage that I’ve personally been at. There is always staff onsite to help . The place is always clean and well lit. I’ve been on site at 7pm and never felt unsafe. Their prices are also very reasonable. The staff is extremely nice and will work with you basically on anything you need and will try to help you out.”

“I started using space banks services in 2015 when my dad passed on and I had excess stuff i could not fit in my own storage. The storage areas are clean and are monitored for security purposes, paying your bill is as easy as giving them a call with your info and they email you a invoice of your payment. The office is clean and they ask that you wear a mask as a courtesy and the register area is shielded. I've not had any billing issues since they send bills via email mail and you can call to get any updates on your account.”
