Good experience with the business which was also my first time using a mobile car detailer. They arrived on time and did a quality ceramic coating job for my Q7. Importantly, the majority of their time was spent on preparing the paint surface for the ceramic coating. They used Gtechniq crystal serum which is a quality product. This resulted in a very smooth and noticeably higher paint gloss due to the increased light reflectivity of the paint surface. I found the cost of the service to be reasonable too.

I’ve had multiple details and every time i’m blown away with how good my truck looks after. I do all sorts of off-roading. Each year by summer my truck has desert pin stripes and a lot of dirt and dust. But somehow Gabe and his team get my truck looking new again!!

Nick and his team always give my car black cars the best TLC. I've been a customer since 2015 and the owner Gabe consistently makes customer service a top priority. This weekend I got the Spring detail package to protect my Range Rover Sport from the sun. My car looks showroom clean and shiny! Gabe & his entire crew are truly Second To None!

I booked a Deluxe Detail for my mother's car through the website, which was very easy to use and had clear explanations of the detailing packages. Nate and Jose arrived on time, assessed the car, gave me an estimate of how much time they needed, and finished on time. In the end, not everything could be cleaned in the car, specifically some adhesive goo on the windshield from a previously mounted phone holder and some old paint dried onto a portion of the carpet, but I appreciated that they proactively brought it up during the final inspection and walked me through what they tried to do. Great communication, professional, and excellent work overall.

I was picking up lunch in Sierra Madre with a drink holder full of strawberry lattes in my passenger seat when I pulled a U turn on one of the hilly side streets and dumped those lattes all over the seat. I sponged up the mess with some garage towels, but was left with a sticky seat and a lingering sugary coffee smell. Luckily, Second 2 None's detailing team came to the rescue a couple days later! I only wish I had found them sooner - they might've been able to get it done the day of. I got a deluxe detail on my Honda Insight (deluxe mostly for the clay bar). Mind you, I have not gotten but 2 washes in the 5 years I've owned the car. Despite that, their wash and wax and coating brought the car back to looking almost new. It is so shiny and smooth I can't stop looking at it. The coffee smells are gone from the shampooing and only a pleasant soapy smell remains. Plus it was so convenient, I didn't have to stress about taking my car downtown and waiting around since they came to me. As long as you have a driveway or are on a less busy street, they have all the power and water needed to get the job done in their truck. The cost was worth it for me ($275 at time of review, plus tip - prices were as advertised on their website), and much cheaper than the San Francisco prices I've dealt with in the past. I will definitely be getting future detailing done with them.

First time booking a full interior/exterior detail here and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was very responsive and explained all their packages to choose from based on what I specifically needed. I chose the Delux detail package for two cars and Kory and Roberto did an awesome job. They were extremely thorough and restored paint for two cars beautifully. The interior was fully vacuumed and polished and even etched a Benz emblem onto the floor mats which I thought was a great touch and also shows their attention to detail. I look forward to booking with them again! Thank you again to Kory and Roberto for your hard work and thank you to Second 2 None for your amazing customer service.
