Their website needs work as I can't find what I'm looking for. I decided to call and they didn't pick up. I looked at their hours online and noticed that they were still closed. I called back a bunch of times after they were opened and no one answers the phone. I left a message and no one has bothered to call back. It is clear that they don't want people's business so I recommend looking elsewhere.

I think they have gone out of business. I went to the store and it was empty with a "for lease" sign in the window.

They didn't mention they were moving to Dallas. I drove all the way from Chinatown for a pulse oximeter and was disappointed.

!!BE AWARE!! Not sure if it applies to all reviews, but me and my peers were told if we left good reviews on yelp, we would receive a free top. This could probably explain the good reviews. I placed a bulk order with peers and it took longer than expected for us to receive the scrubs. For the multiple times I've been in this store, the guy at the front running the store isn't always there. Despite customers waiting in line or being in the store. Customers are not allowed to try on scrubs, which is pretty reasonable but is a bummer nonetheless. The way this manager replies to yelp reviews is throwing me off since the wording practically implies that bad reviews are customer's fault & that they will not acknowledge nor attempt to fix the problems within the business.

Do not do not DO NOT go here. Read all the reviews, the owner is so incredibly rude, insulting, and just lying. They accused someone of being on drugs for calling them a ripoff! They'll probably respond to me too since they're so combative and not to mention horrible grammar. They're a scam, they are rude, their clothing is horrible. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Buy Figs or even Mandala sets, those have great customer service and even Amazon. They just insult you here with poor English.

This is yet another review on how extremely rude the owner is. Avoid this place and go somewhere that's actually worth it. I parked my car there for a few minutes because there is construction on the entire street, and I had no access to the driveway of my relative's house right by his shop. I went to pick up a purse I had left behind. A quick stop. This place is never busy, and the parking is never full since you can only go in by appointment only. There were at least 2 open parking spots left. I explained this to the owner, and he said it wasn't his problem and that he didn't care. Not very kind or neighborly of him. This speaks volumes of the type of person he is and the kind of business he runs. What a disappointment.

We suspect this guy does money laundering!! I called this store ahead of time to see if they had scrubs my size and color and he responded with yes. But to my avail as soon as i got to the store I knocked on the window and wasn't told I needed an appointment and was ignored when I waited outside. My sister and I kept knocking to get his attention and he got mad and threw the middle finger at us and started saying profanity In front of my sister and her child. Absolutely avoid this store up north is a small business for scrubs it might be pricey but it's worth the investment

Unhappy with my experience overall. The guy who works here was a perfectly nice guy though. Came in a couple weeks ago and ordered a black scrub pants and i requested a burgundy or maroon wunderwink scrub set and the man told me that it was called "wine" color and that I'd like it. I had to get a XXL bc I'm a bigger guy. I went ahead and ordered it. 1.5 weeks later it arrived. I came in and it fit great but its sort of a pink feminine color. I asked if i could get it exchanged and he said no because its plus sized. I asked if i could send it back and get store credit and he stated that shipping was too expensive so basically i have these 100 dollar pink scrubs and nothing to do with them. I understand the shipping situation but I think it could have honestly been handled better. I understand that maybe i shouldnt be afraid to wear a feminine color as a guy, but I think most guys wouldnt love this color. If i worked there and a guy asked for a burgundy or maroon scrub set, I'd tell him to look at a pic or an example before ordering and paying $100 and possibly even warn that all sales are final. Given the ability to make an informed decision, i would have certainly gone with gray or something different. Perfectly nice guy but I think he fell short of customer service and being able to anticipate issues that a customer in his business might encounter. Cant say ill be back despite the positives. Should really be 1 star review despite positives bc im out $100!

This used to be my go to shop for chefs uniforms. But the last time I was here I didn't feel welcomed. The guy working there wouldn't let me try on chef pants and just kept saying they provide for everyone so I should just buy. I've been here several times before and was always allowed to try on clothes. Maybe things changed after the pandemic but I won't be coming back.Edit: to the reply I got, I've been in the cooking business for 17 years and different companies sizes fit differently. Someone that sells them for a living should know this. I've worn small chef jackets, medium and large all depending on what company it is. Same goes for the pants. I can see why you have a 3 star rating with a reply like that buddy. Best of luck.

I decided come here based on the yelp ratings. Upon walking in, to begin with the store was a complete mess. There were boxes everywhere and items on the floor. While trying to browse, I overheard a conversation an employee was having with a customer. I was in complete shock with how the employee and the manager were treating this customer. The customer rightfully felt concerned due to items he purchased being backordered for months and he not notified. (I would also be concerned!) Super unprofessional, I walked out immediately.
