Usually I like shopping here but I thought someone was shopping as they followed me around every isle and I just got on the phone from annoyance to try to avoid my thoughts and tell myself I was overreacting then when I walk over to pay they follow up behind me and they ring me up. The girl with the long black hair Hispanic. It is ridiculous and it happens to often please stop looking at African Americans as theifs i get what area this is in but don’t make me uncomfortable shopping in the closest Sally’s to my house.

I usually shop at this location, everyone is attentive. Yesenia assisted me today and she went above and beyond to help me figure which hair products will be best for me. She also helped me sign up for a credit card and she explained the benefits and promotions to me. Thank you Yesenia for providing me exceptional customer service!

Never thought I'd be posting a review for Sally's Beauty - but here we are! I had 2 of the most helpful ladies helping not only me, but the indecisive mother and daughter who had to of spent at least 30 minutes asking the very patient and kind employees about semi permanent hair dye from manic panic. Lol. They are working around the holidays and so kind and helpful! The kindest humans.

Well that's a bummer. I used my ten dollar coupon and bought over $60 worth of product. I got a product they recommended and it did not work! When I returned it I didn't get my full refund because I had used the $10 coupon and even though I spent so much more money they wouldn't give me the full refund for the product or give me my credit back from the $10 coupon. Shady.

The store is great as far as merchandise, however, the manager is a complete j**** An item was left out of my bag and after calliing, I was assured that it would be held for me upon my return from out of town. Manager refused to give me the item claiming that she knew nothing about it. She wouldn't even come out from her office to talk to me. Even the sales girl played d**** Distric manager was just as rude and clueless as the store manager..guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! Eventually, their customer service department in Texas decided to send me a gift certificate. I will go all the way to Los Angeles to use it before I give that stupid, rude manager the satisfaction of using it in her store. The item was worth $6.00, and for that I will never shop there again...thus they have now lost an average of $100 a month of business over six dollars. Sounds like they need a class in customer service 101.

On 8/1/19 i experienced excellent customer service from the opening staff at 9am and the staff at 3pm. They took charge of a minor issue and was able to give customer satisfaction... Hope this gets to management.

Good customer service. Employees are very helpful and nice . I was there not knowing what I would need for my hair ( dark brown hair to blonde hair ) the young girl gave me everything I needed and explained how to use every product . (She did start off by telling me it would be a long process and to be patient) She did give me some very good tips and she even wrote some instructions for me on a paper and said to call them if I still had any questions . I think that was very professional . I'm very happy with visit the only reason I give this place a 4 star is because I wasn't able to use my coupons at check out . The service in there SUCKS my phone did not work the entire time I was in there . She did apologize for the inconvenience and Said to screenshot my coupons before my visit just in case I lost service in they're store again which is a very good idea ! I will definitely be back ! Thanks so much I will definitely ask for her help again :)
