My first service here was fantastic. Steven Sullivan was warm and professional and I especially appreciate that that he was proactive in his communications. By extension, the whole staff was great, unpretentious and helped turn the typically wince-inducing car service experience into a super one.

I stopped by the Dealership to replace a tire. No loaner available so I had to Uber home. Victor has explained all process in detail and provided estimate time of completion. Next day, I called & request one more thing to be checked. Victor called at promised time to tell me the job was done, sent Uber on time for pick up. My car was ready when I arrived at the dealer and paid my invoice and got out in 10 min. As you can see, all tasks were easy and everything was done on time. This is how all service should work. My previous experience w/ a different service rep was horrible and forgot things to be checked and waiting time was just unbelievable. Victor was excellent on completing job, kept promise and all tasks were completed on time, no delay.

The last three years the service advisors at Rusnak Porsche were awful to the point that I refused to take my Porsches there for any work other than recalls. However, this time a new advisor, Yulissa Nunez made all the difference in the world. She kept me updated, followed through and made sure everything was done one time! Excellent service by Yulissa!

My service advisor Yulissa consistently goes above and beyond. She handles even the most frustrating situations with absolute care and grace. Her communication skills are extraordinary, as I am never left wondering what the status of my vehicle is and continues to check in to make sure I don't have any questions. I can truthfully say, the only reason I continue to come back to Rusnak is because of her!

I had a very good experience at Rusnak Porsche in Pasadena. Tom Wang was my advisor, and he did a very good job recommending maintenance service and recall services for my Porsche 911. I will definitely return to Rusnak Porsche for them to service my Porsche 911.
