I'm visiting from out of town and was so excited to find a ROTHY's store. I bought some of their shoes online a long time ago and my feet have changed in the ensuing years. So I preferred an in-store experience, at least once, to see how their shoes might fit me now. Will was so patient and helpful--and I am absolutely thrilled with my new Rothy's.

I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to Laura at the Pasadena Rothy's store. Yesterday, I visited a Rothy's store for the first time. Laura was so helpful and expertly answered all of my questions and pointed out the benefits of the shoe I was interested in, the Point II. She even went out of her way to check on whether or not I could still use the $20 off I subscribed for on the Rothy's website towards my purchase. I really appreciated that because it had been more than a month since I subscribed. I was able to purchase the shoe I wanted with the discount. I really appreciated Laura's kind assistance. This was a great experience. I will definitely be back to the Pasadena store. This was a Five-star experience for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Thanks Laura!P.S. I noticed a One-star review posted by a visitor who took issue with no one offering assistance while they were browsing. Personally, I loved that my sister & I could actually take our time browsing around the store without interruption by a sales associate until we were ready. Sometimes people just want to browse w/o making a purchase. I often do this. Yes, there were sales associates present when we were there but they respected our space & assisted only when we were ready. Now that is what I call great customer service! It truly made our shopping experience exceptional! Thanks guys!

The ladies in this store need a lesson in customer service. Walked in with my mom and sister on Dec 31. No one in the store but us! Two ladies working. Not a word was said to us after 10 min of looking. They just stood and stared. Finally, finally after I asked for a sneaker in my size they spoke. We were so put off we left and won’t be back.You lost some sales bc there wasn’t one thing friendly about this store. Basic customer service, a hello and a smile can go a long way.

Am I the only guy who likes Rothy's (besides, apparently, Pedro Pascal)? Why are there only three reviews? These shoes are so nice. Guys: loafers with tortoise shell soles! Need I say more??Will was such a friendly sales associate and helped me pick out the perfect size. Thank you sir!

I was excited to see a Rothy's in Pasadena today and walked in. There were two women there looking at a phone and talking among themselves. I looked at the shoes and purses for about 10 minutes and at no time was there an offer to help or assist. They just stared and rehung a shoe I had taken off a peg. I don't know how this business is going to survive with that kind of customer service. On the other hand, I went a couple of doors down to allbirds and the place was crawling with people and very helpful store personnel. I bought a pair of flats there which I could have easily bought at Rothy's. Their loss I guess, but I suspect the store doesn't care when they have hired these kind of employees.

Pasadena Rothy's is by far the best LA location. I'd been to the other two and while the experiences weren't bad, they weren't exciting, either. But last Sunday I visited Pasadena and met Geena- and THAT's worthy of a glowing review. I'm convinced Geena is the heartbeat of this store - she's so friendly, helpful, and best of all, KNOWS and LOVES her product! Rothy's is very lucky to have her - I'm going back to spend more money today thanks to her LOL.

You know you're a fan of Rothy's when you create the yelp page because there isn't one yet. Love the brand, excited to have a store in Pasadena. Staff is great. Store is pretty spacious compared to other stores.
