We highly recommend Rotech if I could give it 10 stars I would. i called and left a message which the office Manager desarie called me right back in timely manner. i live out of state trying to help a family member from so far away can be difficult. desarie was very professional & aknowledgeable .She resolved our problem which took alot of stress off my family. She has a very caring attitude! This world would be a better place if we had more professional people in the world like desarie. Thank you again Rotech for hiring professional people like desarie. #Happycustomers.

I’d like to shout out to Kevan, who came to my home to service a Rotech product. He was efficient, knowledgeable and very polite. Even answered questions that were not about the product. Overall 10/10.

This place is awful. I tried to order my CPAP supplies here and because I didn’t need a machine and just supplies they no longer followed up with me. Marissa Magallanes told me she would follow up next day after she found out this was the case and never did. They also continuously called me 1-2 times a day prior to this for weeks while I was out of the country because they thought they wanted to get a sale. This place is worse than a used car dealership. Finally they also called my emergency contact to try and get ahold of me while I was out of town just try and get a sale… pretty sure that’s illegal to go through my medical records just to call an emergency contact trying to sell me a CPAP machine.
To follow up with the idiot owner below… I live here you moron. I was traveling

The staff is very nice, patient and professional, specially Desarie she is very helpful, she helps us to change oxygen filter, explain the detail of how to use the machine with professional manner, and helps us to order our supplies on time . I are thrilled with her service and working ethics.

Wonderful customer service. My doctor ordered me oxygen but was missing documents girls in office did all the leg work for me. Marissa and Sarah are amazing and welcoming. Once it was all squared away they sent John out to set my Oxygen up and he provided great instruction. If I need more tanks I call in or know I am always welcome to stop in. Their manager desaray and staff is always there to greet me. All staff are friendly. I had to return my oxygen because Optum is screwed up and tried forcing me to a company I did not want. So I had my Oxygen picked up and told Optum I am switching insurances because they don't know what they are doing.

My first interaction with John was about three weeks back when he called ahead to inform me of the time he was planning to arrive on the day scheduled to service my oxygen generators. Very precisely, he arrived within a few minutes of the time. He brought in five oxygen tanks and very patiently showed me how to use them when desired. He suggested I try high flow cannulas which will fit better. That was a good change from the clear cannulas. Not only did they fit better, they provide better flow of oxygen.
He determined the portable generator was working well below the required oxygen output. He said he will register this with the office when he goes there at the end of the day which he did as he told me when he visited again a week later. Again, very punctual in time and also brought small gas bottles. While he was with me he showed immense empathy and readiness to help with enjoyable conversation in-between. I really appreciated his interaction with me and above all the service he provided. I appreciated his approachability, clear communication, knowledge, and proactivity. I would like this to be a part of his any future evaluation and recommend him highly for any advancement within Rotech.

I had a wonderful experience with a very professional caring Associate by the name Sara. This had to do with some misunderstanding prior. She was able to navigate through my issues and provide excellent service. Also, I received a call from Supervisor Desaray later to make sure my issues were resolved. Thank you ladies for providing excellent, professional service.

As of March 2022 I have been receiving Oxygen service from Rotech Health Care. They were prompt on the original supply delivery and very helpful and Informative, on how to use the equip. Laura Vasquez has been my Go To Person at the Gardena, CA. location. Laura has always returns my call with in a few hours, and is very helpful and considerate of my needs or request. She always has a positive and can -do attitude, and exhibits a true concern. I have been ordering Oxygen tanks on a weekly basis and She always makes sure I receive the delivery's on the date we discuss . As a follow up on each delivery morning, I recieve a call from Henry informing me of the estimated delivery time of day. I can't say enough about Laura, Henry, and the Gardena ,CA Team. Its comforting to know that my Oxygen needs wiil always be handled thoroughly and timely.

In re-ordering CPAP supplies I encountered horrible service. This company has a real problem because "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" (i.e. they do not have properly integrated info systems). I had to provide the same insurance info 3 times over the last 2 weeks...and this is after I have already been a customer for 20+ years.

This is one of the worst service companies I have ever dealt with. They sent me the incorrect CPAP machine and advised they would order the correct one. That has been six week ago. I have called numerous times but, they never return a call. They advertise to send an email but, they never respond. I've sent texts but, no response. This is a real shame as this company deals with people that have disabilities and illnesses that demand attention. Their lives depend on it but, if you call it's an inconvenience to them. You are ignored or totally blown off. What a pathetic excuse for a company that claims to be in the "Care Giver" business. If you have a choice I suggest you don't use them.

If I could give Rotech 0 stars I would. If you've been assigned Rotech Healthcare to provide you with medical devices, give them back, turn on your heel, and RUN. Please don't give them your credit card information because they WILL bill you without your knowledge, gauging you in the process. This happened to me, and I received a statement for my "supplies" 3 months AFTER I was sent them. No chance to return the overpriced items 3 months after the fact. I could go on and on but I'll just end with I RETURNED MY MEDICAL SUPPLIES instead of keeping them so that I didn't have to deal with Rotech anymore. When it was all over they sent me another bill for over $500 with no statement, just a "Click here to make payment." On what?!!!! They also do business as Quest.

NETGATIVE STARS Avoid at all costs!. This company is shady and has been sued multiple times. If you need CPAP supplies, they do not list the price on their website and refuse to tell you how much something costs until after you have placed the order and its ran through insurance. This is because all insurance companies are different and they can bill each one a different max amount. Its totally shady. I ordered a water chamber, mask, mask pillows, hose and filters and my insurance was billed $753!!! You will have three days to return items if they are defective THREE DAYS! STAY AWAY
