I never had complain before about any kind of clothing store but today i had the most horrible visit ever. I had went with my mother to this ross cause we loved all the selection they had. so we went and spend 2 hours to have a full cart of things we were going to buy. has we went to the check out, i wanted to see watches, where the jewelry were at. I kid you not, within two minutes that i left my cart, like 5 foot away from me, to speak to a coworker of what watch i wanted, my cart was taken away. I had ask about where had the cart went to the coworkers who were near by to have them say that a customer may have taken it. i stupidly believed them that i went to look around the store for my cart to not find it any where. so i wanted to talk to a manger about it and she was no help at all. She didn't even seemed to care and just said that customers take carts away all the time. so i was about to just leave, but on the glance i saw that 1/3 of my stuff that i wanted was up with the cashier's sorting area. So they were so quick to blame it on customers that they don't even want to admit that a coworker took the whole cart away or even bother to ask around. I was so upset cause all they can say is you can just go and find everything again and i was not about to go look again just to find what i wanted when i had finish. worst customer experience ever.

From the time I entered around 3 pm, on a Tuesday (today), there was an unbelievable line. It felt just like the weekend. I picked out various items and joined the long line. However, even after 40 minutes, there were more than 10 people waiting in front of me with carts piled with more items than me. It seemed like it would take another 40 minutes. However, there were still only two cashiers. I put my things back down and came out. I visited because there were a lot of good reviews, but it was the worst Ross experience of my life. If the line is long, wouldn't it be better for the person who was organizing the clothes to also help with the checkout? When I gave up waiting, there were more than 15 people waiting behind me. Is it really a pleasant experience to have to wait nearly an hour or more for the checkout?

This was the best Ross I have been to EVER. I go to Ross a lot in many different cities and states because it is my mom's and girlfriend's favorite store. They had a large amount of choices. They had several brands and items that I have never seen at any other Ross. When I'm in this city again I will definitely go back.

I love this ross, found some things this trip..not sure if it was the clearance sale but it was pretty empty where things are normally tight on the racks...

This store is filthy and there was minimal inventory. I inquired w/ a staff member and she stated that they've been very busy. If that's the case, that means they should be turning a profit. If so, then why can't they maintain this store. It looks like an homeless space. The escalators are disgustingly dirty and gross.

Soooooo many people. There wasn't a great deal of options to pick through. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I probably won't go back to this Ross unless it's necessary

To save money at Ross, no doubt about it but the customer service over there and the employee they need more training to know how to deal with customers
