I wasnt expecting much coming to a small used car dealer. I expected to buy the car and leave. I didn't know I would be recieving excellent customer service. I came to check out a used 2008 Honda Civic. Shant was very professional and welcoming. He answered questions we had about the car, showed us around the car, let us test drive it, and even moved it around for us to access the car easier (its a small dealership). We had some laughs and talked and we ended up buying that car then and there. He broke down the financing for us and made sure not to hide any details when it came to financing the car or about the car itself. He even paid for a full new set of tires and wiper blades for us after noticing they were worn. Great guy, great place, great prices and great cars! I would recomend coming here if you are in the market for an affordable used car!

Great experience at Rose City Auto Sales! Used car sales without the high pressure push. Shant is a great guy with a professional demeanor. As he says, he lets the cars sell themselves. He has a good eye for hidden gems in the used car market and offers them at a fair price. Highly recommended!

As a busy student, I was looking everywhere for a decent used car within my budget and it is difficult. It was also my first time buying my own car. However, shant made this whole process so easy! He takes GREAT care for his cars, provides the full history of his cars, and as for the car market rn -- his prices are decent cars. I got a 2005 acura TL with barely any damage / tear and wear with low mileage. Usually these cars have a LOT of cracks. My friends were shocked to hear the condition of my new car. Telling you -- He takes GREAT care of his cars. would highly reccomend this place if you're looking for a fair amount of mileage for a used car and a great price!

to my knowledge, there's no reply feature on yelp, so i'll be using the "update review" option to respond to shant's reply down below. Anyways, Let's talk about the word "honesty" i see that word as the foundation of trust. Although, i am aware it's primarily a moral choice, for individuals like you. therefore, We both know you're lying through your teeth my friend! i feel nothing but distraught for you because having a characteristic such as lying, at your age, is nothing but sorrowful. You were going to let me test drive the vehicle, i had the keys in the ignition for Christ's sake! the only thing that stopped me by doing so was the audacity you had to ask me if i wanted to finance the vehicle after throwing your tantrum at me!! I'm aware you're worried that i wasn't licensed and there could be serious consequences for letting me do so without a physical license (although i am and made sure to get a replacement as soon as you were done throwing your tantrum at me) but c'mon, lying to make yourself look better is almost as embarrassing as your attitude! Also, i wanted to mention your other lie about me shoving my id in your face. i was raised to have manners, and even when you were being nothing but rude to me, i still remained nothing but calm and polite. And yes i did get in an accident. i nearly lost my life because someone wasn't paying attention to the road. And i was inspecting the car as much as i did because i wanted to have something reliable, something to keep me safe. but that seemed to upset you for whatever reason. Although you treated me with nothing but disrespect, im gonna be praying for you tonight because you must be going through something to make you this angry for no reason. have a good rest of your day and god bless
