Was impressed by the quality of service and kindness of the staff here. Came in to see the Ghost and Phantom as potential work / corporate cars. The salesperson who showed us around was knowledgeable, calm, professional and friendly.

Rickey Williams is the man!!! I highly recommend you visit Rusnak Pasadena right away to make your purchase. From the initial phone call until my car arrived from England, I had the best experience. Rickey and his team welcomed us with open arms and went above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable and kept us informed throughout this transaction. With being in the middle of a pandemic and limited supply of cars, Rickey was able to get me into a brand new 2022 Cullinan in just 2 months. Also, I want to thank Ray who provided top notch service and Clinton Woosley, who created a personal video for me with my new car. Overall, I had thee best experience, hands down.....Rickey is stuck with us for life and we will continue to purchase from him and his team, moving forward.

Culli is truly the best car although it gives problems for time to time! Owned it for 3 years and taking it in for service was a headache! Most of the people here are careless! They don't call you to give you an update on your car and when it will Be ready! You can sit and wait for days, weeks and even months for them to reach back out to you regarding part changes and when it will Be repaired! Paying almost half a million dollars for a car with this poor service, not sure I would do it again unless another dealer is willing to take the wheel and handle business on a more professional level! Unfortunately this is the only location closest and most convenient to me.

Purchased my first Rolls Royce Ghost a few days ago from Rusnak Pasadena. Give the current pandemic and limited supply of vehicles for all dealers, Rusnak had a good selection to choose from. Vrej, a car salesman in the Rolls Royce section, made my purchase process absolutely seamless! He knew exactly what I wanted, waited for it to come in, and as soon as it came in called me right away to come and check it out before it got listed for sale. I came, I saw, I loved, and I purchased! The team at Rolls Royce Pasadena is awesome! They are not pushy salesman nor do they pass judgement on your ability to purchase a vehicle from, they simply want to be helpful and play a part in finding your vehicle. Shout out also to Galoust(Ray), manager at Rolls Royce. Ray is the right guy for the job and is an absolute asset to the Rolls Royce brand. I look forward to driving my car for the next few years and bring it back to trade in for something newer. I’m looking forward to working with this team again in the near future :)

I was referred to the General Sales Manager Ray Mkrtchyan by my business partner who has been buying Bentleys and Rolls-Royces from Ray for many years now at Rusnak and he was the absolute best referral. Ray was very attentive to all of my needs and helped me customize the perfect Black Badge Cullinan which I ended up ordering and taking delivery of. He was a true professional and made the entire purchase process as smooth and painless as possible. I highly recommend dealing with Ray at Rusnak if you want top-notch service!

Visited Rolls Royce today and was greeted and welcomed with open arms. The culture at this particular location is changing in a very positive direction. Rickey and his team go over and beyond to make sure that the customer feels welcomed and informed about the vehicles that they are interested in. If you are in the market for luxury, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in at Pasadena Rolls Royce and asking for Rickey or Ray ???‼️
