Not very friendly staff member this morning. Too many other Rite Aid's to go to that have friendlier people working there.

This pertains to the pharmacy only. Rude staff that doesn't listen to comments or concerns. They texted me three times to say that my Rx was ready only to arrive and find out it was not ready. Three times! "Oh the texts are automatic, they don't mean anything". Are you serious? Got a lecture each time that it was my doctor's fault (it wasn't). I understand snafus but could you at least be polite? Rude, rude rude. Avoid this place. I'll never go back.

The store was okay, clean for the most part, if just a bit understocked. A worker, Marina, was a bit rude and gave attitude for no reason. It was a very okay experience.

Been coming to this Rite Aid for ice cream since I was a kid and it's still just as good as I can remember. I got the triple scoop with Chocolate, Vanilla and Cookies N Cream and it was delicious! The store is kept clean and organized plus they have free parking outside.

Tracy the pharmacist is truly amazing. She was so efficient and extremely well versed with the complicated reality of limited medication stock and insurance coverage complications. When I called, she helped me navigate this confusing and seemingly hopeless landscape with such ease that she actually managed to send me home with my prescriptions even though I was only able to get there 15 min before closing! Truly impressed and deeply grateful for her help.

Lazy af night shift workers. Went in at 8pm yesterday and head over to the ice cream station. Seemed like there was only one employee working both the registers and would be ice cream station but was informed by him that there was a drainage issue. Cmon that's the equivalent to McDonald's ice cream machine being down. Not the first time it's happened here at this location. Lame excuses for lazy employees.

I am a customer at Rite Aid Woodland Hills Store, the pharmacist at night not only is rude. He does not know the prices, every instance he attempted to overcharge me for Medicare approved products. I had to ask Medicare to call him to correct his improper pricing. He is unable to ring up a personal check. Thsi pharmacist needs additional training.

Everything in the store is overpriced and check this situation out... I received a $20 voucher from a company for a problem I experienced. It said redeemable at any retailer. First, the product I was going to buy was $12.99 on Rite Aid website, but when I got to the store it was $17.99. I asked one of the two girls working if they price match their own website and she gave some reasoning regarding sales tax that made no sense, and said no, they don't. So I decide to buy it anyway, take it to the register, the girl scans the $20 voucher I had and tells me they'll only honor $10. I pointed out it clearly says $20. She calls the manager girl over and she says the same thing. They rotated the computer screen and I saw the $10 limit showing up. Told her forget it and walked out. They won't even honor a manufacturer certificate that clearly states on it that they will be redeemed for the $20 if they send it in?? Is this even legal?? California is so over the top with legislation on everything under the sun, I'm shocked there isn't something that addresses this issue. Rite Aid went rogue on this one and lost my business as a result. Way to go guys! Most people probably know this, but these stores: Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, etc, survive on their revenues from their pharmacies. They could never survive on their retail section, because prices are sky high, selection is limited, and no help to be found. I felt foolish for even going in there last night. Won't waste my time again. That's for sure.

Horrible shopping experience at this store. The lazy people at the register and a lady stocking merchandise was bothered by me asking for a price check when they stock items and the pricing doesn't match their computer. Multiple items were stocked there and they didn't honor the price shown.

I was scheduled for the COVID vaccine on 3/16/2021 in the afternoon at the Riteaid pharmacy on 3745 East Foothill Blvd Pasadena CA. I was denied the vaccine because I have to provide proof my profession such as a paystub because they need to "scan it in." Frankly it makes no sense my personal information need to be scanned into the Riteaid system, but anyway, I did not bring any of these documents as I was told to only bring my government ID and my insurance card, which I did. After being denied of the vaccine, I did extensive research and found that the CDC has stated "Pharmacies will not require proof of age, occupation, or any other type of credentials; however, they will rely on self-attestation for validating group membership. This assures that no one will be turned away for lack of specific identification documents (e.g., driver's license) and eases the burden on participating pharmacies and individuals." I am now concerned my denial was based on my race or other discriminatory reasons. I believe Riteaid needs to provide better training for their staff who deal with the vaccine process. This employee appears to be misinformed of the right guidelines.
