I love Dr Faith! She listens and discusses all your concerns. I wish they were in the office more, I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The girl that takes the X-rays pushes you around and when she called my name she used my whole name and birthdate which upset me. I love that ChapCare is hooked up with all my doctors but need more specialist in the Pasadena area! My orthopedic is all the way in downtown LA. My spine surgeon in east Arcadia and gastroenterologist is all the way in Monterey Park but that's an insurance problem. Otherwise I would recommend ChapCare to anyone!

Fantastic non-profit clinic! Dr. Kevin Pham is the absolute best. My mother has been under his care for almost two years and her feet have never felt better. Everyone is very kind and respectful, truly feels they are in the patient's best interest. HIGHLY recommend coming here.

Excellent customer care, affordable and very professional! Had visited two dental places who tried to rip me off by making it a big problem but when I got here after my wife encouraged me to try them I received the best service ever with Dr. Rex Laurente.

They outsource to Quest diagnostics which is a nightmare.. addiditonally my doctor was too reserved to prescribe me psychiatric meds I've been taking for years, I needed to get prescription elsewhere to save money and they won't do that for me... Being referred to a specialist they mail an insurance approval which can take a week or two, everything is super slow.

My dentist Rex Laurente and his assistant Just gave me the best dental cleaning I've ever had. They were very thorough, working on my teeth for about an hour, using every kind of tool and technique imaginable. I have a big problem with stain on my teeth, but they took care of it. There isn't a trace stain left, something no other dentist has achieved that I can ever recall.

I have been workg with Dr. Pham for the past year or so. ChapCare is wnderful, but Dr. Pham has been exceptional. He is knowledeable, kind,helpful and above all, professional. I love ChapCare Fair Oaks. Dr. Pham is amazing. It seems like I have an infinite amount of problems with my feet. He takes the time to educate me about my problems, so I can help myself get better. I have been working with Dr. Kevin for a bit now & I have had amazing interactions with him! I really appreciate the various options that he always brings to the table for my healing journey. He is not quick to push for surgery or pain meds like some Dr. can be. His willingness to work with my injuries from a holistic angle is refreshing & I have become hopeful and excited about my healing. I have also learned a lot about how to modify many of my work & leisure activities! For a moment, I didn't know if I'd be able to run again, but with his guidance & resources I'm back to being able to run 10 -15 mi a week & ride my bike again with out severe pain! If you are looking for a great Podiatrist & you are willing to do the work check out Dr. Kevin!

Since 2014, that was the last time I was seen in office. A trip to the E.R., Christmas Day, changed me. I scheduled a follow-up, something I never do, and I kept that appointment. From the minute I walked in the atmosphere was calming and professional and helpful. The nurse who took my vitals then to the exam room was so comfortable to be around, and she listened to me, yes LISTENED and heard me. I know right. And when the Doc came in introduced himself and addresed my concerns with compassion that was a game changer. He already knew who I was because took the time to review my existing chart from 2014. The entire visit was a pleasure to behold I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr Chan was extremely rude. As soon as she walked in the room she already looked annoyed and not interested in listening to my mom and just disregarding her concerns . My mom has been taking Zoloft for years and needed a refill but dr chan said she wouldn't write an order for it, that my mom needed to go to a psych dr! Not once has she had any issues getting refills until now. Don't waste your time coming here if you want a dr that listens and cares about her patients.
