Alexis was so knowledgeable of the different styles of boots and work boots. She was so helpful in making sure the fit was right. Alexis even suggested inserts for the ultimate comfort and boy was she right. Her suggestion to get a cleaning kit also came with a detailed explanation of how to clean and care for the boots which I really appreciate. Red Wing brand is a high quality product. My experience at this location was amazing.

Jessica in the Pasadena store was very patient with me, she made sure I was happy with my purchase as it was very difficult to find the right boot for me. I must have tried on every boot in the store. I finally went with her recommendation and love it Jessica is a great employee.

Your employee was courteous and showed me some work boots after I explained what I needed. He asked me to stand on a mat and walk on it to get the proper size for my feet. I was given the boots to try on and OMG they are the most comfortable boots I have worn so far.

I needed a specific style of boot. Your representative showed me my choices, measured and scanned my feet and brought out a pair for me to try on. He was knowledgeable and courteous, explaining and answering my questions. The boots fit perfectly and were comfortable. He recommended inserts which I purchased, making them even more so. I was very satisfied in every regard.
