Awesome Plumbing supply. Went there to buy a new faucet for my kitchen and they gave me options and the best option to buy. My plumber installed the faucet and it works great! They also had home made cookies, chocolate candy, and fruit for the customers. They handed out free pens as well! I would recommend Red Supply, Inc.

Don't waste your time with big box stores. Nothing is more disappointing than getting unclear information on a giant well polished website, getting put on hold for 20 minutes only to get hung up on, and then showing up in person to find out they don't have what you need but can get it to you in a few weeks.Red Supply is the real deal. I called and immediately got a human. I asked about decalcifying my water heater. The guy on the phone completed my sentence as he knew the name of what I needed. I told them I'd be there to pick it up in 30 minutes.The staff were friendly and had the materials I needed already picked and staged for me. I showed up, paid and was on my way in minutes. These guys know how to run and business and know what customer service means. The prices were just as good as any of the aforementioned big box stores. Will absolutely come back here again!

Went there for the first time, with the intentions of buying some valve stems because no one had a 10" 3-way valve.Well after talking with Robert he said he had a 8" that can be modified to 10".On top of it all it was $50.00 cheaper than other plumbing house's.You rock Robert!Thks again

I have been looking for a replacement handle for an old Hansgrohe shower unit for weeks! Jason was extremely responsive and matched the part and color including alternative options with shipping ETAs immediately over text. I was able to send him details and pictures so he could verify a match. Nicole proceeded payment and delivery details. The whole experience was great not to mention how helpful they were in tracking down this obscure part! I definitely recommend this store - and they were recommended to me by a very reputable plumber too.

My wife and I are in a middle of a reno. Our contractor said we needed a square drain cover by the next morning. He advised us that places like Home Depot or Lowe's may not carry item that we specifically needed. I immediately yelped plumbing suppliers and were lead to Red Supply.At first we had zero to little knowledge of the part and where to locate it. We saw one of their customer representatives in the aisle. Robert, who patiently worked with us, realized the color we wanted was not available at their store. He went the extra mile and located the piece about a mile away at a competitor's store. Although we didn't purchase the drain cover at Red, I want to recognize Robert for his exceptional customer service and going beyond our expectations. Thank you Robert!

If you need hard to find parts, this is the place. More expensive than other plumbing/hardware places but if you need the hard to find plumbling parts this is definitely the place in the San Gabriel area

Today I walked in looking for an adapter to convert a wall mount faucet to deck mount. Jason (employee) quickly claimed he couldn't help "every thread is different". I was left scratching my head, like a secrete key, like a cryptocurrency code...like a human fingerprint ? What da.... This guy Jason arrogantly stated that every faucet has a different thread and he wouldn't be able to "even begin to figure out the match". I'm a doctor and know very little about plumbing but I can bet there is no such thing as a individualized thread. At the end of the day I went to Home Depot down the street and found a 1/2 inch, female pipe adapter. Jason needs to go back to PCC for a refresher course on plumbing. LOL.

My experience was superb. I needed a toilet tank. Went first to Fergusons. They did not have stock at any stores. They suggested that I reach out to RED SUPPLY. They had it! They were warm and welcoming to the non professional. I could not recommend more highly.

I'm not a professional. I'm a woman with a 1950's house and like to replace parts myself (if possible). I have always been treated well here. I recently brought in a broken drain cover and immediately they searched their inventory. I was able to clean the shower drain and replace the cover. I appreciate their expertise and dealing with me in between their regular clientele. It's challenging to find equipment/parts to fit a 70 year old home. This business is a wonderful resource!
