I took our 2013 c300 4matic to Ray - first visit for a repair after finishing up a long term service contract with the dealer. I am very pleased with Ray's knowledge and commitment to fixing what needs fixing and watching stuff that will be coming in the future. We are very happy with the service and his prices are very reasonable. We will be returning!

I'm done with the dealership services. They are expensive and the level of customer service is not worth the money I paid. I gladly discovered Ray's MBZ. I have my service A and B with them. They are honest and provide a wonderful service. Pricing is fair and Ray is knowledgeable. If you want to take care of your Mercedes, Ray is the right person that you can trust your car with!

I have two MBZs and have been coming here for years. Recently talked my sister-in-law into coming here as well.Ray is honest and knows his stuff very well. He won't try to charge you "extras" like dealers do, and on request, will wash your car after a service.A worry-free to take your precious MBZ to!

Ray is great technician with the decades of experience working at Mercedes Benz dealership as a certified mechanic. He will always tell you what you need and what he would recommend without up selling any services unlike service department at Mercedes Benz dealerships. I have personally used his services for years and would recommend his business to anyone looking for an honest and professional Mercedes Benz service advisor and technician.

Shady, shady, shady!!!Go here for a service A. No problem, go get my thermostat replaced here too, no problem except I notice a coolant leak a bit after. I go back, explain what happen WITHOUT accusing him, and how does he respond? Jumps down my throat extremely rude, thinking I'm accusing him of my coolant leak which I was not! He then runs a quick pressure test, the system was not holding pressure, I ask him what could be wrong and he goes oh it's probably a head gasket $2,500.Take it to another mechanic and it was NOT the head gasket it was a $340 repair! This guys ego is HUGE, you get what you pay for.

I lease new Mercedes every 3 years and has gone to a dozen auto shops. The last place that did my oil change did not know how to reset the warning sign on the dash. Which was annoying, I don't think they work on Mercedes often. rays MBZ is Very helpful, good prices. Highly recommend! Not going anywhere else , he knows his stuff
