The people here and service is truly exceptional. I called in last-minute before the holidays looking for a part I couldn't find anywhere else in the city (and barely on the internet). And the team here was fantastic. Jesse was able to source EXACTLY what I needed that day. Couldn't recommend more

These people at the Pasadena shop literally totalled my truck with the worst install job (they even admit it’s the worst they’ve ever seen - their own job!) Destroyed the roof panel with Rhino tower and rack install, (I should say two installs bc they relocated the racks after screwing up the first install) resulting in repeated water intrusion to the cab a soaked the interior - headliner, carpet, electronics - three times now. Body shop said they’d never seen anything like it. In fact they were like “they Attacked your truck with their Racks alright”. Nobody has seen anything this incompetent ever. If you do business with these people now it’s not unheard of that they could TOTAL YOUR VEHICLE with their incompetence.

Excellent customer service! Came in looking to get a couple key replacements for an older rack we have. They were friendly and had just what we need in stock and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Excellent shop!

I came into the Pasadena store; I was greeted as I entered and ask if I needed help with anything. They did not have the part in stock but quickly offered me options for my issue. I ended up leaving the store with a fix and was able to use my rack that day at a more than fair price. The employees were very knowledgeable and gave great service. I do not live near this location but would make the drive there for the quality and service they gave. Thank you Rack Attack

I bought a bumper for a 2 inch hitch. First of all, they price match online deals. Second, I am glad I bought it from them. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for shipping to send it back because it was too tight and the holes were too small. Instead, they bored the holes bigger and grinded down the sides to fit and repainted it. Awesome! Got to keep it.

Just think of all the extra business you could have if you JUST ANSWERED YOUR PHONE. Calling for 1 HR and still no one is answering the phone. Limited supply item requires instock verification before driving 35 miles in traffic. I am trying to support small businesses but apparently you dont want my business.Amazon is cheaper and offers free delivery and returns

We were waiting for the store to open from 10 to 10.45am and made a call more than 10 time but no one answers while the store hour stated open from 10-6pm. We saw on their website had changed from closed to open at 10.20 and light inside came on but the door still lock and no answered. Wasted 40mn drive.

They have good products but u can get that anywhere. People less helpful. They wanted to charge me $45 to put bubble on car. If they have sales, check them out otherwise u can easily order same products online and have delivered
