Horrible customer service the guys Rigoberto was really rude. They don’t like walking customers. Waited over 4 hours and they tell us it’s only if an appointment doesn’t show up! Good to know after 4 hours.

Can't add negative start ☹️
It's a horrible, horrible place to go! I had Labcorp right next door, but insurance changed. I always did walk in due to work and kids, so appointments were not an option. I always got out in about an hour, even when the room was full of appointments or walking. The staff is fast and effective. Regardless of self-check-in, they have someone to help in case they are confused.
At Quest, several people thought they were checking in accordingly, but after almost an hour, they found out the checking didn't go through and started waiting again. Since I waited over 3 hours, I saw this happen every hour with at least 1 or 2 people. They only found out when staff came out to get patients, and they were able to have some customer service and answer questions. I, in the end, was not assisted. The staff are horrible and rude!
The guy who is a lead ROBERTO is horrible. He couldn't care less about helping people. He said it is not a walk-in; it's a stand-by, so they take you if an appointment is a no-show. Not what they are promoting and what they should clarify when you check. I called customer service and said the same thing: I am not walking but standby. Wrong promoting. At least they should come out and clarify every 30 minutes with patients. I have gone to other QUEST locations but never waited over 1 hour, and the staff is not rude and disconnected, as is 50 Bellefontaine St.
Suppose you DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. Choose another location. The staff here doesn't care and only does minimal help to you. You will wait all day. I left after 3 hours without getting my labwork done!

Here you will wait at least 50 minutes and will never be on time yout appointment, because they sign up a lot of patients to earn a lot of money, but they can’t do this.

Very rude employee. Race discrimination. She becomes very rude since she noticed that my wife can’t speak fluent English. The worse experience ever.

My QUEST experience was beyond easy.
The kiosk check in was easy and effective .
The attendant was beyond nice and knew how to draw blood like I’ve never seen before, In other words painless, I highly recommend this location for QUEST!!

My caretaker Lucy was very sweet and professional. It barely hurt when she drew my blood and I would be very happy to have her agian in the future.
