Very poor customer service -- almost hostile. Went to one office listed as "open" to find it inexplicably closed for two days. At this one she insisted I was not in their computer -- until I got my Doctor's office on the telephone to explain to her that the order indeed was in their computer. When the Dotor marked the order as "rush", the person at Quest basically said they ignore that and it will take whatever time it takes. But they did get my blood.

My appt was on time and phlebotomist was professional and good at her job. Minimal discomfort.

What a terrible experience. I was in Room 2 today and the phlebotomist dug the needle in hard during my appointment. When I told her it wasn’t gentle, her response was “well, yea it’s a needle”. I clarified that this is now how it feels when I get my blood drawn in other places - she said “that’s not what my 5 years of experience tells me”. Go to other locations - this one is a zoo with parking, no one at the front desk & no one to quality check.

Im needlephobic yet they were patient with me and i hardly felt the needle. I have no bruising either after the blood drawing. Im very satisfied and shocked at how quick it all went.

I've been going to Quest/Pasadena on Green Street for years. To make life easiest:
1) make an appointment, usually mornings are better
2) street parking is easy and free
3) seems like if you make an appt., the wait is minimal
4) have your ID and insurance card ready to check in. It's a digital check-in and very easy to use
5) lower your expectations of office ambience, tho there is a water cooler in the waiting room. I wish they would play the news or something better on their waiting room tv screen tho
6) I've found the technicians very professional and efficient. Don't piss them off and they will be more friendly towards you. It must be a difficult job to poke needles into people all day!

She is in Room 3 in Pasadena location on Green St. I forgot her name, hispanic name, she was borderline RUDE! What gave me the impression that this might be race related, the next person is hispanic and she was very nice to her. I was NOT rude to her. In fact, I attempted to soften the attitude and told her I was just trying to be nice. I got this attitude immediately when she saw me. I was planning filing a complaint. First I thought she was just having a bad day, and BY THE WAY, it's 8:10 am, YES IN THE MORNING, I was very offended! I have NO clue why she treated me like that. But when I started to think it was racial is when she was very nice to the person after me, and she is Hispanic. FYI, I'm Asian. English is my only language and I do NOT have an accent. So I took offense when I saw how nice she was to the next person. NOT PLEASED AT ALL. VERY offended. I think her name is Marcel or something like that.

I have to hive a one star ig not I would give 0 service is the worst all of the clinics send there orders electronically .and they said they had nothing she didn’t even say hi at the beginning of the appointment and treat people like we are asking for free service. Worst experience ever never had ny bad expirience at a quest , but this is the worse. Don’t come here
