Dealt with their online store, first time shopper and I will be bringing all of my soccer needs to them going forward. Customer Service is unmatched which is saying a lot in today’s day and age. Ordered a pair of cleats for my significant other and about 15 hours I realized I had purchased the wrong size, thought all was lost but figured I’d give the store a call to see if it’d be possible to swap the order for a proper size as opposed to cancelling and reordering/waiting for refund. After calling and being placed on a brief hold I was told that the shoes were just about to be shipped but they will swap them out for the proper size before doing so. It may be just one of those small things but it’s refreshing to get customer service on such a high level nowadays. 11/10 overall, amazing prices/sales, outstanding customer service, and a wonderful website to browse. Hope to visit the location next time I’m in California, keep up the amazing work!!

The customer service guy i spoke with said to order the size M and if not fit i can return the jersey without paying the return fees .But of course when i called him.back he told me to email the customer service and they said something like that is not possible.Just liars now i'm stuck with a bad size which has stains too.Fanatics has the same merchandise even cheaper with 15% and no shiping fees for delivery or returns.This is a scam website with bad merchandise and horrible customer service.Never again.Next order is gonna be somewhere else.Thank you Jessica for your rude emails.Very bad people.

I've been coming to this shop for over a decade now (back when they were on Fair Oaks) and it has never disappointed me. The environment is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly helpful. This place holds so much sentimental and nostalgic value for me because I've always come here for all my football needs through the years—boots, kits, club and country gear, you name it. The quality and variety of products are top-notch, and the service is always excellent. I absolutely love this shop and highly recommend it to any football enthusiast!
P.S. They’ve always had small dogs that love to follow you around and keep you company while you shop :)

Great Kits/Jerseys, and always helpful! Usually have some great deals going on as well. No pressure when you go in… so it’s safe to browse the selection without feeling like you have to buy something or leave.

Great selection. They had most top flight teams from Europe and NA. Lots of training kits as well. Good service from the staff. I would definitely return. They had a sidewalk sale of most of last years kits for $30. Solid.
