Sadly, I had a trust copied and received it back not in the proper order and the individual separations did not have have the 3 holes punctured. Too expensive for such a below average job. Sorta makes one feel like you’re not important.

They don't care about your small orders...remember Kinkos? Yeah, well, thanks for the memories...print places like this are only concerned with $100+ jobs and not Schmoes that come in here for a few color prints. I'd go elsewhere but the other jerks on the Boulevard are unreliable or difficult to work with. 3 stars for effort and quality of prints. Communication and customer service is non-existent.

I had a last minute print need for my wedding invitations. I went to Office Depot, no help was given. I searched for another printing business close by, AND I AM GLAD I FOUND PRINTING & COPY STORE! I showed them what I needed, gave me the best price I can find, plus I got them in less than 5hours! Maybe even earlier. I highly recommend them. :)

Worst customer service. I ordered 2 sets of business cards which I decided to cancel because of lead time. They wo and told me to come pick it up the next day. I paid them in cash. There were no service rendered nor any good received. I was entitled to my refund. They told me they have no money to refund me. I suggested venmo PayPal etc which he seems to play the blame game how the owner is not in and he's the only one that can issue a refund. Simple call him. He decides to call himself which he gave an Oscar worthy performance. Bravo you not. Said I had to wait. Then he gets mad at the fact he had to put on a performance for free decides to yell when saying get out of my store. This is not how you treat customers. I want my money. Avoid this place at all cost.

Last week the two workers there were nice. They printed out a few docs I had emailed. I think it was 13 cents per copy. Maybe 15 cents. This week, it was two different people. I walked in, and it took some time before I was acknowledged by one of the workers. He came up, not a friendly vibe. I told him I had emailed some docs to be copied. Without any further words or questions (other than "black and white?"), he motioned to the other worker, who printed my docs. They missed the instructions in the email, so I told him the amount I actually wanted. They printed the rest, and then he charged me $.25 per flimsy copy. I was shocked at the price, and when I told him that they had only charged me about $.15 a week ago, he just coldly declared that they must have made a mistake. I said .$25 per black and white copy is a lot of money. He: "Prices have gone up." Me: "In just a week?!" He: (silence; poker face). I don't think I'll be coming back.

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Had a big print job with a tight deadline, and I needed everything to be perfect. Not only did they get everything printed on time, but they did a great job! I couldn't have been happier with the finished product! Won't hesitate to use them again.

I'm so happy I found the Printing and Copy Store. I was in a bad place with my prior printer, who screwed up delivery times and product again and again, and almost ruined my new years project. Thankfully, one call to these guys and they got my envelope and printing stationary job done! So thankful they are local. Won't forget it,t hank you guys!

Big fan of these guys who are just good human beings willing to help and make sure the job gets done right. I had a large project and I'm very picky, so these guys walked me through it, dealt with dozens (maybe more) of changes and ended up creating something really impressive. Will use them next time for sure.
