Jack is a detail oriented, hands-on, customer focused business owner and also runs his own repair shop across the street. I bought a used car for my daughter and it had some door dings and noticeable scratches in the back bumper. Jack had all that fixed with perfect matching paint at no charge. He also filled the tires with air and the gas tank with gas, had it detailed, and when we discovered it had no spare tire, just a flat repair kit, he said he would get a wheel and tire for us. He takes care of all the paperwork, including DMV, right there on the spot. Buying a used car was never easier!

Amazing experience with Jack (the owner). He helped guide me through my first car purchase and facilitated the paperwork and registration very smoothly. He was knowledgeable about everything cars, and knew his inventory well. You can tell this man is passionate about his business and puts a lot of effort in assisting his customers. This dealer rocks!! Raffi was an awesome 😎 person every dealer kept bowing us off but he helped us get the car I been looking for. He is also very patient I came unprepared but he didn't rush us at all I would definitely come back or recommend someone.

My car broke down today on my way from Monrovia to Valencia. I am not familiar with the area, but I pulled into the shop and spoke with Roal. He was amazingly helpful, tested and diagnosed my problem, gave me a very fair quote. He also directed me to where to go to get a cup of coffee and something to eat while I waited. He explained my problem in a way that I could understand, and also explained what he was going to do to fix it. Excellent work ethic. Fantastic service. I will go out of my way the next time I have a problem and use them again. I am so glad that I found them. Roal made a scary situation into a good experience (at least as good an experience of having a broken down car can be)!
