I had a ring passed down to me that broke - three shops turned me down saying it was too thin to fix. Got the job done here perfectly. Also got my engagement ring resized here. Both flawless. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Based on others' reviews, I took 6 watches for new batteries. While I stood reviewing some antique watches and a ring I was thinking about getting repaired, they put in batteries in all. The service was super fast and very knowledgeable. I'm definitely bringing back some other pieces.

Solid 10/10 for quality of work, service, price, and timeframe. I brought my engagement ring for resizing (size down). Despite the fact that resizing platinum rings can be difficult, it turned out perfect! They got it finished and polished the day after I brought it in. I love it! Highly highly recommend this place

Came in with a bracelet with a broken clasp, expecting to have to leave it overnight. They fixed it on the spot in no time flat. Highly recommend!

I went there to fix watch(only length), necklace. They were very kind, and service was quick. Price was 25$ for both, so i think it was also reasonable.

I visited this business two weeks ago, to get a watch sized, the staff was very kind and charged a little less than I was expecting, after having sized to what I thought was the right fit, it still wasn't quite right so o went back the next day and the gentleman who helped me, removed another link and the fit was perfect at no additional charge...! I'd sure like to come back again...!

This jewelry place is a 10/10! I came here to upgrade my engagement ring and Phyllis and her team has been incredible. Phyllis is so detailed and provided high quality service. She listens to what you want and very patient. She made sure my ring is perfect, and gave me a good deal! When i picked up my ring today, I could not believe how beautiful it is. The diamond is high quality and the overall look exceeded my expectation! Will be coming back for cleaning and other services!

Came here to resize my wedding band up 2 sizes. The man who helped me was friendly. They resized my ring at a fair price and was able to pick it up the next day. Great service

I was going to go to another jewelry shop but they were unexpectedly closed! I was so bummed until I found this place on Yelp!I called ahead and they were open!I am so glad I came here because Jeffrey was very helpful AND my 4 rings were ready the next day!! So fast!I needed 4 different (mostly silver) rings to be resized bigger. He gave me a deal since I had so many rings (4 for $40 instead of his usual $45 per a ring).There was no price difference for if I needed them smaller vs. bigger.I was so happy to get all 4 rings back and they all fit me!! The two fake silver rings are discolored on the bottom but he warned me it would look different.I am happy with the turnaround time and that I can finally wear my precious rings!

So glad I found Prestige Jewelry! I had been wanting to get my engagement ring resized smaller but wasn't sure who I could trust to do the job. After reading through countless reviews I felt like I'd give Prestige Jewelry a chance- and I'm glad I did! Jeffrey was super nice and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He helped me find my ideal size and my ring was finished in about 3 hours! It was also super clean and polished upon pickup. I will definitely be back for any cleaning or maintenance required. I needed to get my engagement ring resized, I found prestige jewelry here on yelp. I sent a message inquiring about pricing and turn around time and Phyllis got back to me within minutes!!! When I took my ring in she was very detailed/thorough, she knew her stuff!! I was able to pick up my ring the next day. I will definitely be going back!!
