Tom packed a lithograph with double boxes, boards, foam, and special tape on the plexiglass so that it arrived perfectly. I have only seen this detail in shipping framed prints with international, speciality shippers that charge a lot more. I'd say Post Pack & Ship is a great value if you care about your items arriving in great condition.

Wonderful and attentive door to door service from Tom, the owner of this business.
I needed to ship a very large artwork (2x2.7m) from LA, California to Sydney, Australia and Tom was super helpful in finding multiple options, that suited my budget. He went above and beyond to visit the artwork at the Auction house prior to any quotes being given to understand what needed to be done.
The piece arrived safely the other week, after travelling 13,000kms across the Pacific Ocean.

Post Pack and Ship was beyond amazing in sending delicate glass across the country… I could not highly recommend them enough. Their communication was top notch, the packaging was exquisite, and truly professional while still showing a great deal of concern.

i had the same experience as many other reviewers. The owner quoted a shipping price and said insurance would be calculated separately at a percentage of total value. When I told him that i wanted insurance, he sent an increased revised bid that i assumed included the insurance but in fact he increased the original bid and then added insurance on top. The credit card authorization form had no dollar value on it--allowing him to charge the credit card whatever dollar amount he wanted. When my credit card was charged the shipping charge was 20% more than what was originally quoted with insurance. I pointed out the error and he argued with me back and forth over email claiming that he had my approval which was nothing but a bait and switch. When i threatened to notify my credit card company and the auction house he refused to ship, unpacked the item and returned it to the auction house. Owner was rude, unprofessional and unethical. Check other reviews before using this business!!

I purchased an item on the other side of the country from a fine art auction. The auction house highly recommended Pasadena Post Pack & Ship to handle shipping, so I went with them. The recommendation was for good reason. I had a (reasonable) quote within minutes of my email and everything finalized same day. Item just arrived and you can see the care that went into packing it. They absolutely went above and beyond to ensure the piece got here in perfect condition.

Submitted paperwork for p/u and shipping of small cup--3 weeks ago! Made order Dec. 30th. Am being charged storage weekly and asked for timely service--which was promised. NO PICK UP AT ALL. 7 emails later--3 weeks later--$60.00 paid to ship a 3 pound item--ridiculous--and THEY STILL HAVEN'T EVEN PICKED UP. YUK. Never will I use this over-priced, unreliable vendor again.

I have been a customer of PP&S for several years now. I have a personal mailbox there, have used the notary services, purchased merchandise and had passport photos made there. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is convenient.
