I was running low on my engine oil. I usually go to the dealer but was no where near my local spot. I called House to see if I can swing by so they can check it out. Scott Abrams was super helpful and topped off my oil for me. I appreciate the kind and quick service and how knowledgeable and clean this place was. I will definitely be returning for service. Very satisfied with the service I received at House. Andy was great from the first call I made to giving back my keys after my oil change. They went beyond to make sure that I was taken care of when while I waited. Even that care was extended to my dog!

My faith in humanity is restored!!! I have been a loyal customer to House Automotive for a few years, but today Albert solidified me as a lifetime customer. He went above and beyond the call of duty to rescue me from a busted tire fiasco. He was attentive and timely and very professional. I will absolutely be coming back to them to service my Porsche!

I took my 2018 Porsche Macan to the Pasadena location to have the trunk switch repaired. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the service was excellent. More importantly, it was clear that they were trustworthy which I really appreciated. Highly Recommend!
