Although we started a bit late, my head massage was 100% worth it. It was an hour of bliss. I will definitely schedule again for both the relaxation experience and a great side effect of stimulating my scalp!

I am completely in love with this hair salon! Kazuyo Shichiti is an amazing color technician. She not only fixed a terrible highlight job from another salon that looked extremely fake, but she also restored my damaged hair to its natural beauty. The Japanese hair spa service they offer here is absolutely phenomenal and provides an incredibly relaxing experience.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Japanese Head Spa service at Pinok Studio, and I can't stop raving about it! From start to finish, it was a truly remarkable and rejuvenating experience.
The massage was simply heavenly, with skilled therapists who knew exactly how to relieve tension and stress from my head, neck, and shoulders. The combination of techniques used left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
What sets Pinok apart is their impressive selection of oils, and I opted for the rosemary-infused oil, which not only smelled amazing but also added an extra layer of relaxation to the treatment. The therapists' expertise in using the oils enhanced the overall experience.
The warming eye mask was a delightful surprise, providing a soothing sensation that melted away any lingering stress. It was a thoughtful addition to the service, making me feel like I was in a world of pure comfort and luxury.

I brought my friend here to try out the head spa and almost left a bad review about the poor service received, but refrained since I didn't want to negatively impact a small business. However, a week later, both of our scalps have now broken out with pimples all over - neither of us had scalp issues before! There are tender bumps all over our scalp now, some even with white heads. You can squeeze them just like a zit! I walked out thinking it was such a rip off - basically a $150 hair wash... with no blow dry! They handed me a hairdryer after to dry my own hair. The head spa and massage itself was mid at best. I would've rather went to a blow out bar and pay $50 for a wash and blow out, rather than $150 to dry my own hair. The service was terrible. When my friend and I arrived, no one greeted us and left us standing around for 10 minutes before motioning to a salon chair that we could sit in. The head spa itself, we paid for 60 min sessions, but 20 min was just was laying there alone, with our heads supposedly in steam. I could hear them cleaning up around the salon while I laid there alone and cold. I was going to let it slide but after both of our scalps have broken out, I think others would want to be warned. I'm out $300 and have a head full of pimples I never had before.

Hair spa was lovely and so relaxing! I could really see the difference in before and after via the microscope. Adriana was attentive and professional. Beautiful, clean studio. Easy to use website with excellent directions for parking and finding the entrance. Recommended!

Had a digital perm with Yuta today. I felt so pampered the whole time. The other stylists who assisted also did an amazing job. The cut and perm turned out beautifully. Thank you so much for taking the time to do my hair!

I had a haircut with Masha last week. I wanted to keep my hair length but remove some weight. Masha did a fantastic job! She also styled and curled my hair, which looks great. Even when I wash it and wear it straight, it remains fresh and stylish. She has excellent taste!

I’ve given a lot of thoughts on wether posting this comment or not, however,whenever I look at my hair it just pisses me off. I went there and got balayage. The color I choose was a cool toned kind of ashy color . I told my colorist that the last thing I want is to have a golden/blond color cz it does not compliment my skin tone. (Part of the balayage actually turned into a hot yellow blond after one wash and my colorist offered me a complementary service to color these parts back to brown within a week ). I ended up spending $500 with tip I remember and I’m not sure where did it got wrong at the end. A little disclaimer is that I actually box died my hair month ago but it wasn’t very successful. I’m sure they are great but I don’t think I’m going back there anymore.

Loved my hair cut with Masha!!! She was so attentive and took a lot of care when cutting my hair. She shared many tips on how I can style my hair too so I can keep my hair looking good in between cuts. I love that they do dry cuts here and the shampoo service was very nice and relaxing. All the staff are very friendly and parking is easy. Highly recommend thank you Masha!!!

I came for a head spa treatment last weekend and I was so impressed! Vy did my hair and was absolutely incredible! I booked the 60 minute head spa with a blow dry and I was there for about 2 hours total. I will definitely be back!

Amazing salon and super clean! I traveled from Northern California to try out the Head Spa with Natalie. She did an amazing job making sure I got the best experience and the best treatment as well as styling my hair when it was done. Can’t wait for my next trip.
