Today, for example, Rachel was able to get the prescription from the vet and complete the finished compound within hours. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the personal touch they have when customizing our order. We're devoted fans of Arcade Lane!”

“Bought a casino game here for $55 for a Christmas present for my son. When he opened it Christmas morning, the roulette wheel was broken. I just returned it today to be told they can't swap or refund because the box was opened????? WTF??? How are we supposed to know it's broken until we open it. Would not recommend buying anything from here. A very rude and uncooperative manager. Maybe they should sell X ray glasses so we can see into the box before opening it. Unbelievable Update . The owner of the store was great and helpful and immediately exchanged the item without a problem. A shame we had to go through so many hoops. but thankfully it got resolved. No apology from the manager just a surly attitude. The store is good and has some great products ( when they aren't broken). The owner may want a word with the manager on how to interact with customers in future.”

I was extremely sick so to have him help me get clarification from my doctor for the insurance approval in order to get my medication quickly meant the absolute world. I am very grateful for his help. Generally I have had a positive experience with CVS pharmacy and find the staff to be kind and really make an effort to keep things running smoothly. The only time it doesn't is usually the fault of the insurance company or CVS operating systems which the employees cannot be held responsible for.”

“First things first, this store is by far the best location I've been to. Not only did they acknowledge me when I first came into the store, they also asked if they could help me with anything and to ask them if I had any questions. I had the pleasure of asking Nina for help and she went above and beyond my expectation in answering all my questions, showing me where I could find the products I needed and gave me assistance to my car. She was very friendly, courteous and she made it very easy for me to make decisions quickly when I was on the fence about my purchases. In the short amount of time spent at the store, she was able to make me feel like I can trust her and rely on her perspectives. She genuinely wants to help you and make you feel good about your purchases and doesn't make you feel bad if you had to ask her to check on something. I would definitely come back to this store and refer to all of my friends and family all because of Nina.”

But I won't let that deter me from this business because I was helped today by Romeo. This is the second time I have encountered him; he is charismatic and charming to deal with. He was able to help me purchase my makeup, and he gave me some sweet compliments; he's a fantastic guy, and I appreciate him for handling me with so much care today. Brandon had me laughing so hard by the time I left the store I had forgotten what happened temporarily prior to coming here.. his personality is so positive and his customer service is beyond impeccable..
