Me and my friend were being followed by a creepy guy and we came into this store for refuge. The owner was so understanding and kind, and called security. While waiting for support, we were sitting on some very comfortable furniture, and I would definitely recommend coming here!

There was no issue with the customer service, but seriously these prices are out of control. They charge Brown Jordan prices for stuff that looks like it's also sold at Lowe's. Has the pandemic really affected the patio furniture market this much? It felt like I was living in the movie Dune and patio furniture was the spice.

Absolute rip off! Bought expensive chaise loungers 2 years ago and the cushions have just disintegrated! Nobody interested in warranty dept. cost $2000 and been stored all winter and covered outside. Do not buy from them Substandard fabric and expensive

We bought Les Jardins patio chairs from this place. We spent over $2500 for 10 chairs. All 10 of them are failing at the welds less then a year and a half later. It’s obviously a manufacturing flaw. After 2 months of run around they are only offering $650 store credit. The amount is laughable as is the store credit. Who in their right mind would ever spend another penny in this place.

I purchased an umbrella a little over a year ago then went back and purchased another one since then the first umbrella is fraying the material is coming apart I followed all the appropriate steps contacted patio world they suggested that I contact Sunbrella which is their manufacture I contacted Sunbrella filled out hope appropriate information and sent it to them it's been over three months haven't heard a thing when I called back the people at patio world they seem to have forgotten that I was a customer .they didn't know anything about it extremely disappointed and over and over and over again Sales person Jessie said that they would help me with this matter they have not I still have an umbrella that's disintegrating $900 umbrella and the material is disintegrating . And neither sunbrella , or patio.world are taking responsibility for the warranty that is still good, I would not recommend buying anything from Patioworld in Pasadena they're terrible the service is terrible and the warranty service is terrible I will never buy anything from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you really wanna hassle, and be lied to .

Do not buy any furniture from this store!The products look good even if they are overpriced.The company is working inefficiently to the point that you suspect fraud. I received 6 chairs and one table for around 7,000 $. The chairs are falling apart and no one from the "warranty " department has adressed the issue a month later!!I really really regretted buying furniture from them.
