Do not return at this store. It has been more than 10 days since I returned items here and I already made multiple calls to this store, too. However, I have not received my refund back. Even though I have a return receipt and their front desk was recorded during my return, they refused to help. What they will say to you is "call customer service" - I called 800 customer service number multiple times too and was told there is an issue with the store and the store needs to re-submit refund again. But, if you call the store again, they will do nothing for you - actually, they hung up on me. Great customer service.

Called the store to see if they had some stuff in. Talked with Catherine about my use cases, and she gave me some suggestions. Drove almost an hour to meet her, have her show me the options, try on and so forth. The store in general was very accommodating and Catherine did a wonderful job of helping me pick out what I’ll need.

Great selection of Patagonia clothing in an inviting store. They have something for everyone at this location. Also the employees are hospitable and helpful. The location of this store is a plus as well, surrounded by great restaurants and inviting for a walk.

As an ultralight backpacker, for me, products sold at Patagonia stores rarely fall into the category of a fashion statement. Quite frankly there are only two categories harbored within the store's walls... 1. The extremely well-designed and functional things that I also define as true ultralight equipment and then there is everything else. During my recent visit I tried on, compared and weighed the Micro and Nano Puff jackets for my 2024 Pacific Crest Trail bid. The staff was awesome and helped me acquire the data in which I sought. I seriously can't recommend this branch enough to Yelp review readers. A+

Kathleen with a K... All I can say is wow, tremendous help and amazing associate to work with in the Pasadena store. She went above and beyond to help me find my jacket and called a few locations. I look forward to doing more business with this store, and just know that Kathleen has my backGlenda with the steaming prowess of a young god

One of the top premium outdoor clothing and gear stores offers a wonderful brick-and-mortar experience to try and sample gear. This is a great place to visit if you're a fan.One thing to keep an eye out for is their sales. There are some really good bargains if luck is on your side with sizing and availability.

Came for their winter sale or what's left of it and long story short, I scored a blue down jacket for $150 (half off the original price) and some gloves for $25 (also half off the original price). I was shocked to find my size (Large) still in the racks. Can't go wrong with investing in a Patagonia gear, as it is backed by their iron-clad guarantee. Overall, am happy with the fit - warm and perfectly comfortable. As for the store itself, nice location situated in old town Pasadena. The store carries a wide variety of sportswear and gear.

A+ for the company overall. Sure, their price points are crazy, but they basically guarantee everything for you! You never have to worry about your jacket ripping and having to buy a new one. In addition, they're also very thoughtful about giving back to their employees -- making sure they get well deserved days off. This specific location is in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. You will have to pay for parking if you decide to shop here, but I guess that's all part of the charm of shopping in Old Town. I would suggest you also call the business to make sure they're open, because twice I've gone to the store and the store was closed due to a holiday. I have the nanopuff jacket, and I swear by it. It's my favorite everyday jacket that I wear all the time! It's timeless and keeps you warm as well!

Love this place when they have deals. I got a nice fleece pull over for 80 bucks which was a steal considering everything is out of my price range. Place is well organized and just how I like it! Hate going through a pile of nonsense. Customer service is oooookay. The workers aren't friendly but they aren't rude. If you approach them they handled business but they never at a point approach for assistance!

Horrendous service at this store. I waited in line forever to pay for something. The two checkers were chit chatting with customers. One seemed to be doing a repair. When I told one of the salespeople that there were several people in line waiting to pay for their items, she just made all sorts of lame excuses. Get another checker if someone is repairing a customer's jacket. How hard can that be???I called Matt, the assistant manager, after the experience, and he was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional, telling me that if I'm not willing to wait 15-20 minutes to pay for an item, rather than doing their jobs efficiently they don't want my business! I told him that another customer in line before me was frustrated as well. Unbelievably, Matt -- who must be genius -- told me that me and one other customer "did not constitute a majority of the store" and therefore he did not give my complaint any credence, as if I should have taken an informal survey in the store for him to do anything! I will be contacting their corporate office about the poor service at this location as well as Matt's rude and condescending response.
