Pasadena power has messed up every single bill I have received from them for the past year and a half. They admit that they have errors in their system but they have done nothing to resolve these issues. Dozens of phone calls and still no resolution.

Does anyone ever answer the phones? I’ve been on hold with them for over an hour at a time and can never get through to anyone.
