I'm so impressed with Ray and his team at Digital Video and Film Alan in Pasadena. They happen to have a location a block from my office and I used their service to convert a very large security camera file that included 6 camera angles to 6 separate DVDs. As an attorney, I needed these videos transferred to DVD format for use in a DMV administrative hearing where the government has a strict ban on allowing any flash drive or program to be installed on their computer. Ray was able to do what neither I nor two tech guys were able to do, and transfer that huge amount of data to Dvd format! My client is very happy because the video is critical in demonstrating a very important fact in his case. Ray was very responsive and communicated well with me by phone and text. Also his price was very fair and he didn't even charge me for the unexpected longer time period it took to complete this technically difficult task. I will definitely use his services in the future and highly recommend his business to anyone needing video transfer services! Thank you Ray!

Digital Video & Film Lab did an excellent job developing my film. It was reasonably priced and I got back my photos very quickly by email. After initially handing off the film, the rest of the process was remote which was great. The photos came out perfect and I will definitely continue to get my photos developed here in the future.

Just dropped off some old Mini DV for a gift idea for graduation. So far the customer service is really good and helpful. The ladies that were there to receive the drop off was very nice and although they did not work there they were still knowledgeable enough to support mThe location itself is on the ninth floor and it is a drop off location. Just FYI will update with results soon Received everything as promised. The whole entire process was very pleasant. Ray remained in contact through email and text. The quality of the work was great band still had the originals to keep just in case. Would definitely refer by friends and family to trust ray with sick important memories.

Ray is a work horse! The work they do is remarkable. My grandma passed away and we needed 32 rolls of 8's converted. Walking into his office I can clearly see he was swamped. I took in four VHS tapes of my wedding to get digitized. Was not sure the format I needed but Ray helped me out! Ray called and emailed me and told me exactly what needed so I could view and load the videos onto my computer. Got it done fast and I'm happy with what I got! Going back with more VHS tapes to save them for prosperity!
