I recently brought my TriStar vacuum to Pasadena Vacuum and Sewing for repairs, and I had a great experience. Robert, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issues and got my vacuum working properly again. In fact, it’s performing even better now thanks to Robert’s maintenance recommendations. Thank you, Robert!

Family owned shop with great honest service. I thought I needed a new vacuum! What I really needed was great people to help me repair my old vacuum. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you for being there for me.

I chose this business, based on great reviews, to have a look at my basic old sewing machine that seemed to have a mechanical problem. Alfreda took one look and fixed the “problem” that was simple and obvious (but not to me,). She gave me good advice on keeping it vs getting a new one, so I’m keeping the old thing and next time it gets sick I’ll take it there again. Alfreda
was so incredibly nice and helpful, didn’t upsell, was generous with advice, didn’t charge me anything, and it was an unusually pleasant experience. Go there for sewing and vacuum needs!

I can't say enough about this shop. Top notch. Freda was able to identify where the problem was coming from and fixed it within seconds! My sewing machine was acting up and she helped me by explaining where the problem was coming from and how to rectify it so I could avoid having issues in the future. I truly appreciate that! They go beyond and above for their customers and know what they're talking about. They've got a new customer and I'll be sure to spread the word to my other designer and stylist friends in town. Such friendly and helpful service. I'm a new sewist and after the repair, Frida very carefully showed me how to properly thread the machine and load the bobbin. I will be coming here for all future repairs

This is a really lovely family owned business. They are very honest and kind and their work is fast and efficient. They are very knowledgeable. I have brought both my Dyson’s to them for repair and they identified the issues quickly then had them back to me in working order within a week. They looked like new when I got them back. I would highly recommend them for a pleasant and effective experience.

I came in today to buy a sewing foot I needed (so glad they had it physically in stock at the store!) and some other sewing notions. Alfreda is very friendly and made sure I was prepared for my first quilting project. :)

This is a wonderful business with attentive and knowledgeable owners. I brought my sewing machine in for a minor repair, which they attended to on the spot in about five minutes. The woman owner (I didn’t catch her name) explained the issue and adjustments she was making. No new parts were needed, and they didn’t charge me for the repair! I’ll be back for any future repairs and sewing-related purchases; their shop is well stocked with notions and sewing machines and supplies.

I didn't catch both owners' names. However, they were both fantastic, I highly recommend, if you have no clue how to work a sewing machine and need help they offer classes, and there reasonably priced, even if you have an older model because she know what she's doing and if your looking for parts they are the first I'd call because they might have it or they always looking.And they're so nice, literally can not go wrong with coming in and just asking questions.
