I highly recommend! I had a small disaster when a large mirror fell off the wall and shattered. I went straight to Google looking for someone to help me frame my new mirror. Luckily, my first hit was Pasadena Picture Framing. From the first point of contact, Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful, informative and honestly just a great guy. His work is impeccable and I couldn't be happier. Now that I have found this gem, I am putting together some special family photos that I plan on having custom framed.

Came to Pasadena Picture Framing after looking at Yelp to frame something to put on display at our wedding. They had a great selection of frames and were so helpful in choosing. They assured me it would be done in time for display, and it was! We left the glass off as we had to sign after the ceremony, and when we returned it took them all of 15 minutes to put the glass on and we had our lovely ketubah. It was super easy to get this done and I appreciated all of their help. Excited to display in our home! I will definitely be back if we need other things framed!

Wow, we can't say enough good things about Pasadena Picture Framing! My husband and I inherited a pair of large, framed prints from my parents. They had hung in their house for at least 50 years, and the mats needed adjusting. We took them to Pasadena Picture Framing and Chris assured us he could easily take care of them for a VERY modest price. Well, one thing led to another and a simple fix turned into quite a complicated situation. On closer examination, the existing frames were too soft to hold the hardware and a different hanging methodology needed to be implemented. Chris didn't bat an eye; he arranged to have both frames re-worked, and in two days' time, the previous owner Richard showed up at our house and hung both pictures for us! That's the kind of customer service we seldom see any more. Thank you Chris and thank you Richard. We couldn't be more pleased.

They were helpful in designing multiple different artworks I wanted framed (what mats, frames etc. to use for each) and seemed to quickly understand my style and never pressured me to go outside of my budget. They also stuck to their estimated completion date - about 4 weeks for five framed pieces. It can sometimes be hard to catch them in the shop in the afternoon (it seems like a small operation). But overall I really like the results and I'll be returning the next time I need something framed.

Highly recommend. Chris and his team went above and beyond on various levels! A great blend of attentive customer service and professional competence. * Easy communication and scheduling * Attention to detail and great selection during the design process * Incredibly fast turnaround (for my birthday) * Free delivery on top of everything! These are the nicest, most helpful people you could ask for. I was trying to print out and frame a wedding photo for my anniversary. Not only had I been to a bunch of places that couldn't help me print the photo nicely, but no one could frame it in less than 4 weeks. I went to Pasadena Picture Framing and everything was wonderful. They helped me get a beautiful print of my photo that very same day, and then told me they'd get it framed for me that same weekend (which they absolutely did not need to do). Everything was to make me happy. The wonder even texted and called throughout the process. They have certainly earned my loyalty!

If you’re looking for a EXCELLENT place to beautifully and professionally frame your artwork, provide top notch service and also educate you on all options, then this is the place for you.I dealt with Chris, at Pasadena Picture Framing, and found him to be truly talented, intelligent, and intuitive in his work. He has an incredibly keen eye and helped me find a gorgeous frame and perfect matting for a Picasso I have. He made it stand out in all the glory it deserves.I also brought in a lithograph that I bought for just $55 and he elevated its beauty with just the right framework.I went to four different frame shops before deciding where I’d go for this work(this undertaking was a huge deal for me (I am sooooo picky!)) and I just cannot believe my luck. I cannot recommend Pasadena Picture Framing more highly.

Chris is the owner of this valuable and useful establishment. He was in on a Sunday afternoon and took two of my paintings to be framed. Not only did he share his expertise and knowledge during our initial conversation, but he also completed all the work on time and even stepped above the call of duty. Bonus for free delivery!

First of all I must thank Chris for busting a U-TURN to come assist me at his shop! Yep Chris is amazing! He just left his shop when I arrived but he displayed his phone number on his storefront so I called him and asked his ETA for returning. Chris told me to wait at the store and he'd turn around right away to see if he could assit me with my 8x10 portait project. Chris' knowledge and mastery navigated all aspects of my framing project in a few valuable minutes. I learned a lot. He provided solid feed back on his choices for the materials and colors etc. and provided immediate answers to my all of my questions boosting my confidence to work with him on future projects. Seamless artistry and excellent customer service is what I experienced at this business as a new customer. I approve of and recommend this business. Thanks Chris. PS Chris my mother was very impressed with the framing! Thanks for completing it for her birthday with the extremely short window.
