I wouldn't easily trust any other vets for the sake of my dogs' health other than Dr Christina Fan at the Pasadena Pets Vet. Very knowledgeable yet honest with her opinions and recommendations, always giving two sides of the story, so as a pet owner, I am able to make a sound decision weighing out the pros and cons. knowledge and integrity are two key factors for a good vet.

They are nice enough, but I have spent so much money here with very little to show for it. My cat still has a UTI after three visits. I think they don’t know what they are doing so I will be finding a new vet. They also tell me to sedate my cat before we come because she is “difficult to deal with”. Turns out she is just vocal and that scared them enough to have me come back another day not once but twice!!! It’s just ridiculous what I’ve had to put up with. And not to mention I have a different vet every single time. It would be nice to talk to the same person so that I know it’s consistent. Anyways, I’m not giving a 1 star but I really want to.

Dr. Kim was fantastic. She spent a lot of time with me and my grand dog. She was very thorough and took her time and was very gentle with Hope. She took x-rays and made recommendations, and found the abduction of our dog’s pain.

Dr. Lucko, Rosie, Natalie, Andréa and the sweet newish receptionist with rad hair - the whole bunch! Our cat Charley - and our family - recently required support and guidance through a health crisis. They listened and responded kindly and in partnership with us. True health professionals for our beloved pets. After 10+ years here, we consider Pasadena Pets part of our trusted extended family. ?⭐️✨

Very nice staff. Arrived early and they immediately cleaned/cleared a room even though it wasn't my appointment time yet. Dr. Lucko is best, most compassionate vet I have found in 20+ years.

Had an appointment for a simple nail trim and they didn’t call me in half hour later. I get when it’s super busy but this time it wasn’t. I had to even go up and ask how much longer for my appt. Been going here for years and have spent over $10,000. I do love the doctors here but it’s quite pricy and always very hot inside which makes every dog inside panting very hard. ?

Everyone at this vet office is so friendly, things move incredibly efficiently, and the prices are reasonable. The vet herself was so kind and loving, and I really enjoyed the entire experience (and I think my kitten did, too)! Thank you. :)

THIS HOSPITAL SAVED MY DOGS LIFE On Monday 07/22 I called this office in an absolute panic. My dog needed an Echocardiogram and the facilities I had been recommended were not able to assist. The previous vet clinic I was at that morning had suggested I put my baby down. I called here and the front desk staff immediately jumped into action to help me. I had about an hour and 15 minute drive and when I walked in, they knew who I was and knew my dogs name. She was in the back being triaged in less than 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes later I was called to a room to meet with the Vet. Dr. James sat down with us and wanted a full history of everything leading up to the health issue my dog experienced the day before. He was so kind, patient and personable. I have NEVER had such a kind vet. He assured us that my dog would be okay, talked us through what he was seeing, what and why he wanted to test for and what he thought the issue was. We agreed to everything and they got to work. The office kept in contact with me as they completed each test and Dr. James called us and went over every finding. About 5 ish hours later, we were headed home with a much improved dog. For being such a terrifying day, the experience we had here was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and I felt so much better when we left. I did not feel that they were over testing or trying to over charge on any service. Everything they wanted to perform was justified and necessary. I will be going back in 2-4 weeks for a follow up. If you are questioning where to take your pet- come here. We might have lost our best friend yesterday, but Dr. James and the entire staff turned everything around.
