This is a very nice car wash and one of the last ones that they actually wash your car by hand. The staff if friendly and understanding and the work quality is a Top!

Workers are aggressive and short tempered, not friendly or welcoming at all. Short bald guy in charge of vacuuming my car barely vacuumed the inside (I still had sand from the beach on my black leather seats, very hard to miss. Dirt still on my carpets.) when brought up to his attention he got very passive aggressive, he started throwing things around in my car and making a fit. Car was washed but they could not remove a dried milk stain(I removed it with little effort with water afterwards). Owners are nice and willing to help.

Been coming here for a while and they are able to provide wonderful service and the washes are very thorough. Worth the time to get here.

This place is the worst. I told myself I would never come back here, but I needed a wash immediately and was driving by, so pulled in. I hoped it would not be that busy, but when I drove in, I saw a long line of cars just sitting in the back. It looks like a used car lot back there. Unfortunately, you cannot see how many cars are waiting from the street. Once you’re on the property, it’s difficult to get out, especially if someone has pulled in behind you.
I do not know how this place operates. Not enough staff to wash and dry cars. There are long periods of time when no cars are exiting the wash area. What is going on? You will be here for more than an hour, for a basic car wash. They don’t even do a good job. If I have to wait an hour plus, my car better look showroom clean, but there are always still dirty areas. Give me a hose and let me wash my car myself.
The manager/owner, whatever he is, is an a-hole. He’ always has a surly attitude, with zero customer service skills. it is obvious he does not care about his customers at all. I have heard him argue with customers multiple times. I just heard him tell a customer to take his car to a gas station with an express wash if he wants a quick wash, when that customer complained about how long it was taking. Here’s a tip, take your car up the street to Arroyo Car Wash, or even Pasadena Auto Wash on Del Mar. Either will charge you more, but you will get a better wash and your car back in 30 - 40 minutes, depending on how busy it is. I should have listened to that voice in my head and done the same.
People giving this place 5 stars are delusional. I would give it negative stars if possible. I have been here for an hour and 5 minutes and not a drop of water has hit my car yet. I will never come back here again, and I urge others not to as well. There are far too many better choices.

That's not hand wash. That's washin the car with a push broom. Very good for the paint. I expected mittens. Soft mittens to be washing my car, not a Push broom....

Save your money and use a self-service car wash instead. Don’t spend $27 for a service that barely meets the minimum standard. They just ran the car through the wash and didn’t even bother to wipe the dashboard.

Total waste of money. Guy sat in my car for five minutes letting drops dry then let gunk all over the car. Owner made excuses.

Somehow this hand wash still scratched the passenger side rear trunk corner of my car with two black circles. They also managed to get enough water into my driver and passenger side front doors to fry my door handle motors on my Tesla Model S.
...
I was here April 20th, late morning. In ~24 hours, two of four door handle motors on my car failed. I have a $600 bill from the Tesla Service department, the motors were wet. It wasn't raining. I remember the guy washing my car looked confused and asked for help while washing my car.

First time at this car wash, and I have to say that I'm very impressed. I usually go to Fast Express on Colorado blvd, but have been disappointed with the results – my car comes out dripping wet and dirty. I thought I'd give hand washing a chance and I'm SO glad I did. I Paid $30 for the silver package and the results are fantastic! I think it's well worth the price! Wash, wax, tire shine, and vacuuming/interior cleaning are all included in the price.
I went on Saturday morning and expected a long wait time, but was pleasantly surprised that there was no one in line. My car was washed and polished within 25 minutes – the exterior is gleaming and the interior is spotless (for reference, I have a long haired German shepherd, so my seats are often covered with fur). The hand washers did a thorough job!
There's also a nice, covered seating area where you can wait as your car is being cared for. Overall, I really recommend this business and I'll definitely be back when my car is looking dirty again!
