I have been working with Pacific Accounting Group for the past five years and I can confidently say that they are the best CPA firm I have ever worked with. They are extremely professional and took the time to review my history of tax filing, and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They filed my company's bookkeeping and employee's taxes in a more efficient manner, which has saved me a lot of money over time. I have never had any issues with their work, and have never been recalled. I highly recommend Pacific Accounting Group for anyone in need of top-quality accounting and tax services.

What a great group of folks. Chris Frankian, the CPA, has been my client for his hiring needs and I am now his client. I couldn't recommend them enough. His right-hand person, Cynthia and the whole team are a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable and up to date with all the new tax laws. If he's willing to take you on, then go for it.

hard to believe there are so many positive reviews. i liked chris at first, then nobody in his office would return my calls or emails. I could probably find 30 unanswered emails from different people. I guess they pick and choose who they want to work with. I've never fallen behind on my taxes, until i started working with this office. Bad form, Chris.

I used to do my own taxes until I started working with Chris and his team. He was able to get me funds that were owed to me from prior years. I couldn’t believe how thorough and professional the services were then and still are. I will never do my own taxes or anywhere else.

Pacific accounting group have been absolutely amazing to work with. I've had the pleasure of working with a few different folks over the last few years and all have been fantastic. I used to do my own taxes and these guys went back to check my old returns just because and they found me several thousand dollars that I missed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for CPA services.

I greatly appreciate how they provided a secure e-portal system to log into and upload/review tax documents which made the entire process so much easier and so efficient!! Chris did an amazing job with my taxes as well as my family's returns where he quickly pinpointed errors on different documents and effectively completed filing with our best interests in mind. He is attentive, professional, and works hard to deliver the best results for his clients even during these challenging times. I’m very thankful for Chris’ expertise and patience when explaining different tax procedures in an easy to understand manner. A friend recommended me to Chris 3 years ago and I had an incredible experience. I have continued to work with Chris for the past few years to do my taxes. Chris is super detail-oriented, knowledgeable and ensures that customer satisfaction is #1 on his list. He was super flexible and offered to accommodate my needs/requests with no trouble. Just completed my tax returns with him in no longer than 15 minutes! I would highly recommend Chris whether you are a Corp or individual for any advice around taxes and will definitely return to use him next year!

I was looking for a CPA firm to file my taxes without having to go into an office due to Covid concerns. Luckily I found Pacific Accounting Group, which has an iPhone app and a company portal that allowed me to upload all of my tax documents easily. They quickly processed my returns and dropped them back in my portal for e-signatures. They made the process extremely easy and painless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Their office staff members are very professional and quick to respond as well. This was a huge difference from my old tax preparer. I highly recommend their services!
