I'm not sure what his name was (I think Willie? An older, African American gentleman with curly hair) - but this employee was so kind and helpful as I looked to replace windshield wipers this morning. He did the installation, answered all of my questions, and it was a very seamless experience! The employees are wonderful here.

This is THE auto parts store for Pasadena and surrounding areas, all the others have worse prices and terrible customer service. I've been to many, and travel extra just to go to this one.
