Tried this through class pass. Reza the gentleman at the checkout counter quite condescending and rude. Would not recommend. Charges $4 for a mat rental and says it says that on the website when class pass just dates to bring your own mat does not say that there's a charge to rent one. He also marked me as not present for the class even though I was.

A huge thank you to Lizzie and sound healer Nicole! I'm not sure if they usually do private events, but I had been planning to do a yoga and sound bath session at my birthday, and the original person I hired cancelled last minute. They were able to step in for my event the next day, and save me a ton of stress. Everyone loved Lizzie's yoga class and Nicole's sound healing session. Can't wait to come check out the studio in person soon!

Good studio but terribly run app to book classes. I booked a class arrived on time and found the doors locked. An hour of time wasted in the car getting to and from this place. Not to mention the disappointment of missing out on a class I was looking forward to all day.

This is the first yoga studio I've ever joined. I've been coming in for a few times per week for the last few months, and often times, these sessions are the highlight of my day. All of the instructors "get it" spiritually, and presence is incorporated in the sessions, which is very important to me, and I deeply appreciate it. They are also very beginner-friendly, and no ego is found here, all are welcome. It goes without saying that I will continue joining everyone for practice here.

*SUMMARY* I initially signed up for the intro special at the studio and loved the classes! I now attend 2-3 weekly classes with friends. The yoga sessions have helped loosen up my stiff muscles from sitting at a desk job all day. *CLASSES* Classes vary by level, and beginner-friendly classes are great for anyone like me with no previous yoga experience. I would recommend: 1. Earth class on Mondays with Reza - The deep stretching and breathing exercises help me decompress in the evening. Reza is excellent at providing modifications for people with different levels of flexibility. 2. Vinyasa class or Prana Flow on Tuesdays with Sarah - When I want a higher energy class, I attend the Vinyasa class. If I want a more relaxing class, I attend the Prana Flow class. Sarah is excellent at actively providing constructive feedback through her sessions. *PARKING* The yoga studio is located in the same plaza as the Pavilion. Located on the 2nd floor, the studio's staircase is located next to the Baskin Robins. Plaza parking is free.

I highly recommend OLY! I've been to many yoga studios and this place is special. I started going to their old studio using class pass for a few months then they offered thanksgiving deal of $999 unlimited classes for 1 year. I got it and been going almost everyday, sometimes 2-3 classes a day! I love this place so much. Coming here has helped me love my body and appreciate what my body can do. I had both knees surgery last year due to overuse playing volleyball without strengthening. The classes have been helping me strengthen the muscles around my knees and the rest of my body. I've replaced my vball addiction to this. More gentle to my body now that I'm almost 40.My favorite classes are Water by Arletta (slow calm pace but always gets me sweating, thoughtful hands on adjustments, creative functional flows, clear specific cues), all Chasity's classes (well thought out sequencing, calm authentic vibe, hands on adjustments, challenging), Elemental flow by Lizzie (creative fun transitions, nourishing flows, authentic vibe, seasonal themes). So many classes for different preferences. I would go to all their classes everyday if I didn't have anything else to do and if my body can handle it lol.The flows are different every time I go. The vibe is nonjudgemental/ accepting. Modifications are always offered. Props are available. I don't feel ashamed to try the challenges and I also don't feel ashamed if I can't do them. I feel good after the classes. I am so grateful for this place. The annual membership is so worth it! I'm looking forward to being a member for a long time!

I've been coming to One Life for awhile now. Everyone there is super helpful and sweet. I'm a beginner and I never feel pressured to do anything I'd be uncomfortable with. The new studio is awesome and parking usually isn't an issue for me.

I'm thoroughly happy to have discovered this gem of a yoga studio. My friend gifted me a three-week trial for my birthday last year, and since then I've been hooked! There are so many different classes, times, teachers, and styles, that it's easy to find what you're looking for in a yoga class. I also think the monthly membership prices are affordable and totally worth it. I can honestly say that One Life Yoga has resparked my interest in/passion for yoga and has made me a much healthier, happier person. I'm eternally grateful, and highly recommend you check it out.

I bought a 3 week intro to see if I would enjoy yoga here. I only literally took 1 class and wasted my money and should have just bought the drop in. It's too far of a drive for me and I wish I just paid for the single class. It was easy to come here when I lived locally but now I don't so....The studio is cool though. I bought a ton of nice healthy products to use.I may just come to shop but I don't think I would go for the yoga . At least I tried it out. I tried the hot yoga but I enjoy more heat.

I like this place, but it's soon gonna relocate. I guess I'll adjust. First class ("water") was wonderful, but overwhelming to me as a beginner. The second class ("earth") was a much better fit for me, and I've decided to pursue. Both class instructors, Alex and Sarah are terrific. Yesterday I tripped on my garden hose and injured myself, but as soon as I'm more healed, I'll be back. Can hardly wait to try out my new purple (Amazon) yoga mat. :~)

I have taken only four classes so far (after a four month long break, practicing with instructors from several cities and countries) at OLY. I can see Sarah F, Alex F, and Lizzie P have a deep understanding of what yoga is all about, true to its origin and fundamentals. Obviously I am in for the long haul now.The space is wonderful for practicing yoga. I highly recommend anyone wanting to explore yoga to try them out.- Amyth R

Oh, I was so unused to the wonderful greetings I received. I love these women! I think the kind women that gave the soundbath were out-of-this world. They cared about everyone there.

The funny thing is, I haven't actually joined a class yet. However, I signed up for one this evening and unfortunately something urgent came up and I was unable to make it. I gave the studio a call and Lizzie had answered and her energy, kind heart and welcoming voice made me have to write a review!! She wasn't rushing me off the phone, Lizzie actually spent some time talking me through the studio, teachers and special rates as a first time attendee. I just can't get over how sweet and accommodating she was. I came to find out she is also the manager and because of her generosity, I cannot WAIT to attend a class this week. Thanks Lizzie!

I found OLY after my former home studio closed during the pandemic. I am a yoga teacher with a young toddler at home and needed somewhere to practice outside of the house. What prompted this review is I took the best class I've taken in a few years with Arletta this morning. For the first time in almost 2 years, I felt at home in my body and fully present. I have taken classes from many teachers all over since 2000 and this class was one of the best. I felt so honored to be there. I also really enjoy Saturday morning with Chasity. She is a bundle of sunshine. So glad I found somewhere offering quality yoga during this strange times. Only con is I wish all the teachers offered more adjustments and got off their mat more (note: this could be a function of the times we are in because I didn't attend prior to the pandemic).
