I recently tried to inquire about several retail spaces for rent and found the management process quite frustrating. After reaching out to the broker, Mark Moser, who was helpful and directed me to Bobbi Eslava, I hit a roadblock. Unfortunately, Bobbi didn’t respond to any of my calls or emails.
This left me wondering about the role of Bobbi Eslava. If she’s supposed to manage these listings, why isn’t she engaging with potential clients? And if Mark Moser isn’t involved in the rental process, why is his name listed everywhere?
To make matters worse, no one is picking up the phone or responding to inquiries. With so many different titles—like Director of Properties Leasing and others—it’s impossible to figure out who’s actually responsible for handling these matters. This level of bureaucracy and lack of responsiveness is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a company managing multi-million dollar properties.
It’s clear that the current setup isn’t working. You don’t need all these high-sounding titles and layers of employees—just answer the phone and do your job. The fact that nobody seems to be doing anything is beyond frustrating and a complete waste of everyone’s time.

One Colorado is a nice outdoor plaza mall with trendy stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the iconic iPic theatre. It is nestled in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. OC is a cool place to hangout, relax, admire its architecture and people watch. Overall, we liked walking around this outdoor mall.
